In this week’s “Survivor 46” deleted scene, Venus Vafa confesses to viewers that her clothes caught on fire in the middle of the night when she slept too close to the campfire, and that she “almost died” as a result. And sure enough, there is video evidence to prove she was indeed in danger of burning out — watch the clip above.
The video begins on Night 18 at the Nuinui camp as Venus explains in a confessional, “My unofficial role at camp at night is to tend to the fire. I’m always throwing in sticks and stuff because I’m freezing out here. And I’m always right next to it because I’m so cold and I curl right next to it in a little ball.”
The 24-year-old data analyst from Toronto, Canada adds, “But I guess I fell a little bit too much into deep sleep because as I’m sleeping,...

The word “chaos” has been thrown around quite a lot throughout “Survivor 46,” most often when it comes to Q Burdette‘s eye-popping actions at tribal council. But we’ve also seen wild and crazy moments from Liz Wilcox (all she wanted was a bourbon burger), Venus Vafa (that darn wagon ran over her toe), Bhanu Gopal (his entire essence) and David Jelinsky (for several reasons). Now, following Wednesday’s 10th episode, it’s clear that the Season 46 cast members aren’t just chaotic … they’re also cursed when it comes to idols.
To date, four hidden immunity idols have been found on “Survivor 46,” and all four went unplayed. The first person to go home with an idol in their pocket was Randen Montalvo, who was medically evacuated from the game on Day 7 due to a pinched nerve in his hand. Hey, "Survivor" fans. Tonight, April 10, 2024, another new episode of Survivor's current season 46 did indeed hit the air and another two, unlucky contestants got voted off this time. Tonight's new episode kicked off with talk about the last tribal council meeting that sent Moriah Gaynor packing. Venus told the private cams, she thinks Soda wrote her name down. Tevin told the private cams that Soda and Venus are showing how untrustworthy they are. Charlie was the one who really wrote Venus' name down, and he told Venus that. So, Q chewed Charlie out for it. Charlie apologized to Q but, he told the private cams, "Q is running the show. So, I need to get Q out of this game." At one point, Ben had a panic attack, and Kenzie comforted him. After all of that, host Jeff Probst showed up with another immunity challenge. During it, they had to...

A new episode of Survivor saw the end of two castaways in Fiji.
There was immediate drama as Venus Vafa was upset that someone had voted for her at the previous Tribal Council.
Everyone else voted for Moriah Gaynor, who got sent packing before the merge was complete.
Venus accused Soda Thompson of voting for her, but it wasn’t Soda who did it. Q was pleased this was happening, but it was short-lived.
Feeling tension at camp, Charlie Davis came clean about voting for Venus. It led to Q Burdette pulling Charlie aside and telling him it was a bad game move. Suddenly, Charlie was then gunning for Q.
Ben Katzman suffered a panic attack after waking up in the middle of the night. He was calmed down by Kenzie Petty, who gave a confessional about how she was well-versed in anxiety.

Heading into the seventh episode of “Survivor 46,” the remaining 12 people had just merged into a single tribe. That number included five original Nami players, four original Siga contestants, and three original Yanu castaways. This week, host Jeff Probst snuffed two torches in a shocking double elimination. So how’d it all play out on Wednesday night?

Survivor 46 has a dramatic night in store for the first post-merge episode.
Moriah Gaynor was eliminated before the Survivor 46 castaways united as one tribe. She became the final person sent home before the merge.
She was the second straight person from Siga who got sent packing, as she joined Jem Hussain-Adams, who failed to make the jury stage.
Only 12 people remain in contention for the $1 million prize when Survivor 46, Episode 7 begins.
People are suspicious of the rogue vote that resulted in Moriah’s Tribal Council elimination.
Charlie Davis was the person who didn’t vote for Moriah. Here’s Charlie’s explanation for why he voted for Venus Vafa.

The tribes converged – though didn’t officially merge – at the start of last week’s episode of “Survivor 46,” resulting in a race against time for one castaway to find an idol, and the standard immunity challenge making half the members safe, complicating the impending vote. And where do players now stand now that they are all on one beach? Let’s break down Season 46 Episode 6, “Cancel Christmas,” as the three individual tribes are no more.
After the shocking blindside of Jemila “Jem” Hussain-Adams on the Siga tribe, Moriah Gaynor felt on the outs as she was the only one who didn’t vote for her, but Siga agreed to put on a united front when the tribes came together for the strategic longevity of all of them, given that it is likely that their five will be going up against the quintet of Nami, leaving the threesome of Yanu in the middle.

In this week’s “Survivor 46” sneak peek video (watch above), the newly merged tribe of 12 castaways returns to camp after the elimination of Moriah Gaynor. Viewers know that the final vote was 10-to-1 between Moriah and Venus Vafa, and that Charlie Davis was the person who cast the sole vote for the latter … but Venus is still in the dark about who wrote down her name. She even goes so far as to accuse her old Nami nemesis Soda Thompson of doing the deed — yikes!
It’s Night 13 at the Nuinui beach and the castaways are reflecting on the “bad” and “intense” experience they just had at tribal council. Venus then takes center stage in the preview clip as she tells the audience, “My first tribal was mind-blowing. Seeing my name written down on a piece of parchment as the very first vote was just terrible.”

A new deleted scene from Survivor 46, Episode 6 has been revealed. The episode featured the Merge Challenge and Moriah Gaynor getting voted out.
As Survivor fans already saw, Moriah became a sacrificial lamb from the Siga Tribe after all Yanu Tribe members earned safety.
The unbalanced teams teased a one-sided Merge Challenge, but the underdog team nearly pulled it off. If not for the puzzle prowess of Hunter McKnight, the results may have been different.
But additional footage from the episode hit the cutting room floor. If the episode had been two hours, viewers could have seen more discussions at the Merge Feast and back at camp with the losing team.
The main focus of those scenes (during the episode) was deciding who would be targeted at the upcoming Tribal Council. It was an extensive discussion, with Nami and Siga each asked to nominate someone to vote out.

Survivor 46 castaway Charlie Davis has had to address an unfortunate situation happening on social media.
Some background to the story is that Charlie recently celebrated reaching four and a half years together with his girlfriend. He is in a relationship and not looking for anyone new.
But a post recently popped up on X (former Twitter) suggesting that Charlie was having a flirtatious conversation online with another woman. He has stated it is entirely fabricated.
Survivor 46 fans met Charlie as a huge Taylor Swift fan. He later had a contest with Ben Katzman to see who could name the most song titles. Charlie named Taylor Swift songs, while Ben rattled off Metallica classics.
Later, during a challenge, Charlie yelled Taylor Swift’s name as he jumped into the water. It’s something that Survivor fans will remember for a while.

On Wednesday’s sixth episode of “Survivor 46,” the three tribes advanced to the “limbo” stage of the new era where they’d compete in randomized groups for immunity and to earn their spot in the soon-to-be-merged tribe. A lopsided, albeit random, rock draw left Moriah Gaynor in one of the vulnerable positions and then her own original Siga tribe joined every other player to unanimously vote her out of the game. Read on for Moriah’s “Survivor 46” exit interview from the end of the episode.
After being blindsided by the other Siga players when they banded together to blindside Jemila “Jem” Hussain-Adams and leave her out of that plan, Moriah knew that she was on the bottom of their tribal alliance going into the merge. And yet, when the three tribes came together, Moriah played along with the Siga story that they all, including Moriah, unanimously voted against Jem and were a united front.

The three surviving members of the Yanu Tribe had some new life but were outnumbered. Siga and Nami each had five people who had made it to Merge Day.

In this week’s “Survivor 46” sneak peek video for Episode 6 (watch above), Yanu tribe members Kenzie Petty, Q Burdette and Tiffany Nicole Ervin receive a note suggesting that the merge is imminent. “It’s Day 12 and the game is about to change,” they read aloud. “Drop your buffs. Yanu’s over-the-top reaction of screeching, jumping and skipping is exactly what you’d expect from a tribe that has lost challenge after challenge. We finally have an instance of another tribe that isn’t Yanu attending tribal council in the fifth episode of “Survivor 46,” and it was a doozy. But there is still brewing tension within that purple tribe of three, along with one player losing his vote for potentially the next two tribal councils, and a risky, long-winded move that finally comes back to bite another player (or does it?). With “Tiki Man” ending in a shocking blindside, let’s break down all of the tribe dynamics and alliances before we head into the coalescing of the remaining players as shown in next week’s preview.
After 11 days, Yanu finally catches a break, winning their first immunity challenge (and their flint) and avoiding setting another record for the most immunity losses in the new era, as referenced by Jeff Probst himself. But it will be interesting to see whether they stick together...

On Wednesday’s fifth episode of “Survivor 46,” the Siga tribe lost their first immunity challenge and finally had to attend tribal council. Despite a so-called “girl’s alliance” being created in the season premiere, Jemila “Jem” Hussain-Adams was shockingly voted out when Maria Shrime Gonzalez and Charlie Davis decided to join up with the boys instead. Read on for Jem’s “Survivor 46” exit interview from the end of the episode.
Holding up her idol to the camera after her ouster, Jem exclaimed that she just made “the dumbest move with an idol in my pocket!” She sighed, “Honestly, I did not expect this. This was a total blindside tonight, but it was really fun for me.” A light-hearted Jem concluded, “I love that I replanted the Beware Advantage and got them digging for three days, so it serves them right they vote me out.”

The new episode began with only 14 people competing for the $1 million prize.
Three members of the Yanu Tribe had been voted out, and Randen was medically evacuated.
Well… Bhanu wasn’t technically voted out, but Jeff Probst felt the elimination was so obvious that he didn’t make the tribe vote.
Down to only three members, as the new episode began, the Yanu Tribe was in trouble. Could Tiffany, Q, and Kenzie finally win an Immunity Challenge?
As if anyone even needs a reminder… Yanu lost the first four Immunity Challenges. They still didn’t have a flint and had to trade fish they won as a reward for camp supplies since they couldn’t cook it.
Bhanu claimed his tribe lacked empathy in an exit interview. He shared an interesting view of what happened in Fiji.

In this week’s “Survivor 46” deleted scene (watch above), the narrative centers around Ben Katzman, the 31-year-old musician from Miami. After his Siga tribe loses the reward challenge on Day 8, Ben decides to “provide” for his teammates by taking the fishing gear out for a spin. And after he catches some fish, he admits to viewers that he feels “evil” for killing them.
At the beginning of the clip, Ben states in a confessional, “My attitude as somebody who stood out on the bench [in the reward challenge] was like, I can still provide. So I just was like, all right, I’m going to go in there. I’m going to try and get us as much food as possible.”
The camera then follows Ben as he dives down into the ocean and slings his spear at a tiny fish. He rises out of the water to celebrate his catch, and his fellow tribe members Charlie Davis,...

After the third episode concluded with the Yanu tribe celebrating their unity and not having to attend their third consecutive tribal council due to a medical evacuation, the opening minutes of the fourth episode of “Survivor 46” knocked the wind right out of their sails (and again later in the episode particularly with one player). Meanwhile, Nami set another new target – this time not coming from Venus Vafa – and a major deception happened at Siga that while entertaining in the short run, could raise concern for potential dilemmas in the longer game. Let’s break down all of the events that commenced in “Don’t Touch the Oven.”
This was the first episode that Venus did not have a confessional, which as a result made the Nami tribe have the least drama this episode. But it looks like she may be able to gain another life in the game after the...

The Survivor 46 winner won’t officially be revealed for a while, but online information has been leaked that points to a few castaways.
A Reddit user named LifetimeRobot has become synonymous with confirming or refuting Survivor spoilers on threads.
The user was correct with the information they shared about Survivor 45, even though some of the pre-season spoilers didn’t seem like they could be correct.
So far, their information has also been correct about Survivor 46, supporting the assumption that they have some inside information.
Readers must take these spoilers with a grain of salt so far. The production team has not confirmed anything about the winner, and likely won’t to ensure viewers keep tuning in.
But for Survivor addicts who want a headstart on what could take place on the season finale, it’s interesting to look ahead.

Survivor 46 has showcased the fun that Siga Tribe is having in Fiji.
The first two episodes have featured them having fun, with the latest episode showcasing a name-that-song battle between Ben Katzman and Charlie Davis.
Charlie is a huge Taylor Swift fan, while Ben prefers Metallica. The duo then took turns naming more than 100 songs by their preferred artist. It was something to behold.
But beneath the fun this tribe appears to be having — aided by winning safety at the first two Immunity Challenges — some drama appears to be bubbling up.
Eventually, the Siga members will have to go to a Tribal Council. Whether it’s as a tribe in an upcoming episode or later on when the tribes have merged, they will all have to face the music.
A new clip released by CBS hints at some of the unspoken drama occurring within the tribe and how things could...

Recently on social media, a battle has been brewing about which version of the long-running reality TV show is better: U.S. “Survivor” or “Australian Survivor”? Well, one of the current Aussie contestants, Feras Basal, is challenging the American host, Jeff Probst, to let the two countries duke it out Down Under. “Cmon @JeffProbst we want Au Vs US,” he wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “Let them play with the big kids in Aus, we’ll sort them out with 47 days.”

“Survivor” is back with a brand new season and 18 new contestants. For the second time in the history of CBS’s reality TV show, there will be 90-minute episodes throughout the entire season, with the premiere lasting two hours. That gives viewers more character game moments and tribe dynamics, which last week’s premiere set up very strongly, with seemingly solidified alliances and promising rivalries, while also giving us messy relationships and one of the most epic flameouts in a first boot in a while. As the three tribes form and the alliances begin on “Survivor 46,” read on as we break down the game and the premiere.
Starting with the Nami tribe, we were introduced to our first duo alliance of Hunter McKnight and Tevin Davis, connecting through their love of the classic 1960s sitcom “The Andy Griffith Show.” That was balanced with the mounting rivalry of Venus Vafa and...
