- Scott Markus was born on December 2, 1980 in Libertyville, Illinois, USA. He is an editor and producer, known for Flags of Our Fathers (2006), Daddy Day Care (2003) and Fred Claus (2007).
- Author of the book "Voices from the Chicago Grave" (2008). The book came about after he directed a documentary on true ghost stories in 2000. It first came out in summer 2003 with a second edition coming out in fall of 2008.
