It’s official: Taylor Swift is very, very rich.
The ‘Eras Tour’ singer-songwriter has joined the Forbes World’s Billionaires list, one of 14 celebrities who, according to the magazine, are worth a collective $31 billion. Swift’s achievement is all the more noteworthy, Forbes says, because last October she accomplished “a feat no other musician had before: she became a billionaire strictly off of earnings from her music and performances.”
Also on the list: Dick Wolf, Rihanna, Tyler Perry, Peter Jackson and Oprah Winfrey, among others. Take a look below, along with Forbes’ descriptions..
George Lucas
Net Worth: $5.5 Billion | Age: 79 | Citizenship: U.S.
The Star Wars director, who debuted as a billionaire in 1997, is the richest celebrity thanks in large part to his production company LucasFilm, which he sold to Disney in 2012 for more than $4 billion in cash and stock. Steven Spielberg

Peacock has unveiled the trailer for In The Know, an adult animation series which combines stop-motion animation and live-action interviews, from Zach Woods, Mike Judge and Brandon Gardner.
Co-created by Woods, Gardner and Judge, the public radio parody chronicles the making of NPR’s fictional “third most popular host” Lauren Caspian’s radio program, where he conducts in-depth interviews with guests, including Kaia Gerber, Ken Burns, Finn Wolfhard, Norah Jones, Mike Tyson, Hugh Laurie, Jorge Masvisdal and more.
In one interview Caspian asks Hugh Laurie, “what should we do about Meghan Markle,” to which an emotionless Laurie responds, “I don’t know that any action is required.”
Caspain also tells a befuddled Jonathan Van Ness that he’s a sapiosexual who “once got an erection by reading Plato’s The Cave.” Other guests include Norah Jones, Nicole Byer, Roxane Gay, and Tegan and Sara,...

Mike Judge and Zach Woods take on the well-intentioned, if not slightly delusional, airwaves of public radio in the new trailer for the upcoming semi-animated series, In the Know.
The show centers around Lauren Caspian (voiced by Woods), public radio’s third most popular host, whose self-absorption and haughtiness are matched only by the dulcet tenor of his voice. Each episode centers around Lauren’s in-depth interview program, which will feature real-life celebrity guests.

Peacock has unveiled the trailer for In the Know, the NBCUniversal-backed streamer’s first adult animation series.

The semi-animated series’ interviewer is Lauren Caspian, “NPR’s third most-popular host,” according to a Peacock synopsis, a stop-motion puppet and intellectual blowhard forever embarrassing himself on air in front of real world guests.

Dolly Parton doesn’t consider herself an actor, but she’s starred in a number of films. After her winning performance in 9 to 5, Parton acted in films throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Tiger Woods‘s ex-girlfriend Erica Herman has dropped the $30 million lawsuit against him, in which she was seeking damages for the golfer allegedly evicting her from his house.
In the lawsuit against Woods and his trust, which was filed in October 2022, Herman claims that Woods stated that she was allowed to live in his home for five more years after their breakup. By evicting her, he was violating the terms of their oral agreement. He supposedly “tricked” her into moving out by telling her they were going on vacation and then when she arrived at the airport, she was locked out of the home.
Herman was asking for $30 million, which is the estimated worth of how much it would cost for her to rent a beachfront property like Woods’.
In November 2022, Woods’ trust filed a motion to dismiss Herman’s case, noting that because she signed a nondisclosure agreement she...

The Alchemist has returned with Flying High, an eight-song EP featuring Earl Sweatshirt, billy woods, Boldy James, and more. Listen to the EP and check out the music video for the opening track “Rip Tracy” below.
With soulful samples galore, Flying High shows off The Alchemist’s ability to craft velvety, lyric-centric hip-hop. “Rip Tracy,” which features Earl and woods, places the rappers’ calculated flows in the spotlight, while tracks like “Bless” boast melodic, jazzy arrangements. T.F, Mike, Sideshow, Larry June, and Jay Worthy all appear on the EP as well.
Like previous Alchemist releases — such as Lunch Meat, Bread, and This Thing of Ours 2 — Flying High begins with four tracks featuring lyrics, followed by instrumental versions of the same four tracks. Splitting it up this way, it makes it all the more easy to appreciate the balance between lyricism and sheer musical prowess that The Alchemist has perfected.

There are few fears more universal than one of a monster under the bed or in our closet, and few filmmaking techniques more viscerally effective than the jump scare. These tropes collide — effectively, if without much originality — in “The Boogeyman,” a loose adaptation of Stephen King’s 1973 short story of the same name. Featuring an eponymous threat seemingly drafted from the same biological blueprint as the extraterrestrials in their breakthrough film “A Quiet Place,” writers Scott Beck and Bryan Woods graft the psychological and thematic shorthand of unresolved trauma onto a creature feature, while director Rob Savage (“Dashcam”) papers over the seams between the two with copious style and a bold, clear-eyed lead performance coaxed from “Yellowjackets” star Sophie Thatcher.

Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy’s Tmrw Sports Adds Justin Bieber and DJ Khaled As Investors (Exclusive)
A handful of heavyweights from the music industry are betting that America has an unmet appetite for golf content.
Justin Bieber, DJ Khaled, Macklemore, Darius Rucker and Jake Owen have signed on as investors in Tmrw Sports, a sports, media and entertainment company co-founded by golfers Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, and media veteran Mike McCarley.
The first venture from Tmrw Sports is a made-for-tv golf league called the Tgl, which will develop tech-forward golf competitions, to be held in a custom-built arena live in primetime. Woods, McIlroy, Adam Scott, Jon Rahm and other PGA Tour pros have already committed to participating when it goes live next year.
While Tmrw Sports’ initial investment round was led by Connect Ventures and 25madison Ventures, it has since added a who’s who of backers from the sports, entertainment and tech worlds. MLB star Mike Trout, NBA legends Shaquille O’Neal and Dwyane Wade,...

A Florida judge ruled that Tiger Wood’s ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, must resolve her ongoing disputes with the golf superstar through private arbitration, abiding by a nondisclosure agreement Herman signed during their relationship.
Herman recently filed a lawsuit seeking $30 million from Woods in court over disputes about her right to live in his home and was attempting to invalidate a 2017 nondisclosure agreement, which broadly required disputes to be addressed privately through arbitration and out of the court system, by claiming that the golf player sexually harassed her.
Under a new federal regulation signed by President Joe Biden in December 2022, if an NDA is connected to sexual harassment, then the agreement can be declared void, allowing disputes to be heard in public court.
In documents filed last week, Herman alleges that Woods began a sexual relationship with her while she was still an employee at his restaurant in Jupiter, Florida, and...

Danger, not safety, comes with the act of conforming in The Woods. In Lucky McKee’s sophomore film, a troubled teenager is sent away because of her disruptive behavior. Asking questions, going against norms and not abiding by the rules, however, are ultimately what saves her from an early death.
This 2006 film is indeed set in 1965 New England, but the story’s central message is timeless. When first meeting the rebellious Heather Fasulo (Agnes Bruckner), the teen is en route to a remote boarding school for young women. Her parents are visibly split on the matter; the prim Mrs. Fasulo (Emma Campbell) thinks Falburn Academy will straighten out her daughter after a small incident of arson, whereas the reluctant Mr. Fasulo (Bruce Campbell) bites his tongue.

After he was forced to withdraw from the Masters Tournament earlier this month due to an injury, Tiger Woods revealed on Wednesday that he had to undergo surgery to fix a pre-existing condition.
“Earlier today, Tiger underwent a subtalar fusion procedure to address his post-traumatic arthritis from his previous talus fracture,” Woods’ team tweeted on Wednesday. “It was performed by Dr. Martin O’Malley at Hss Sports Medicine Institute in New York City. He has determined the surgery to be successful.”
“Tiger is currently recovering and looks forward to beginning his rehabilitation,” the message continued. According to FootcareMD.org, a subtalar fusion surgery, which addresses damaged joints near the ankle, “locks bones together and is appropriate for diseased joints that can’t be replaced. Once a fusion heals together, it acts as one unit and can restore function and provide significant pain relief.”

We’re just a month and a half away from the June 2nd theatrical release of the Stephen King adaptation The Boogeyman, and to help build the hype 20th Century Studios has unveiled a new trailer for the film, which you can check out in the embed above, as well as a new poster, which can be seen at the bottom of this article.
The Boogeyman was originally heading for a release through the Hulu streaming service, but it scored so well at a test screening that the decision was made to give it a theatrical release. Update Sunday Am: Tiger Woods has withdrawn from the Masters Sunday morning just before the third round.
The tournament was suspended by bad weather Saturday. Even then, Woods seemed hobbled, the wet grounds making it difficult to walk on his surgically repaired right leg from a 2021 car crash. Woods, 47, barely made the cut for the third round.
“I am disappointed to have to Wd this morning due to reaggravating my plantar fasciitis,” Woods wrote on Twitter today. “Thank you to the fans and to @TheMasters who have shown me so much love and support. Good luck to the players today!”
Earlier: It was close, but five-time Masters champion Tiger Woods made the Masters cut Saturday for the 23rd consecutive time. That ties him with Fred Couples and Gary Player for the tournament’s longest streak.
Woods needed Justin Thomas or South Korea’s Sungjae Im to post a bogey (one...

Tiger Woods withdrew from the Masters before the resumption of the third round because of an injury Sunday, ending his streak of completing all 72 holes of every tournament he has played at Augusta National as a professional.
The tournament announced about 90 minutes before play began that Woods, who is still hobbled by the effects of the 2021 car accident that nearly cost him his right leg, had withdrawn. He’d limped through practice rounds early in the week and again during the first and second rounds, but the limp had become more pronounced as the weather worsened.

Augusta, April 9 (Ians) Brooks Koepka added one more birdie to his total to get to 13-under, even as his closest rival, Jon Rahm, slipped from 10-under to nine-under and the lead had swelled to four shots at the 87th Masters.
The play was suspended just as the lead trio approached the seventh green, which itself had a lot of water. That means the lead group, Koepka, Rahm and amateur Sam Bennett will need to play almost 30 holes on Sunday.
Augusta National officials announced that play will resume on Sunday at 8.30 am and the final round with players starting from first and tenth is expected to begin at 12.30 pm.
By the time play was called off, Koepka with a customary birdie on the Par-5 second — his seventh on a Par-5 apart from one eagle — had moved to 13-under, while Rahm, who started the third round at 10-under, picked a shot on...

One who stood out in the previous season was Bartise. His love triangle and bachelor-ish ways turned viewers off. Jon Stewart returned to The Daily Show dressed as Obi-Wan Kenobi to offer some advice to guest host Roy Wood Jr.
Tuesday (4 April) night’s episode of the satirical news show saw Wood discussing the day’s biggest stories, including Donald Trump’s historic arrest.
Comedian Wood then discussed the struggles of being a Daily Show guest presenter, saying: “You’ve got to be funny, you’ve got to be satirical, you’ve got to be powerful, you’ve got to go viral. I don’t know what to do. I just wish I had somebody that I could talk to to guide me.”
“Roy. Use the force, Roy,” a voice called out, with Woods replying: “Who that? I don’t f*** with ghosts.”
Stewart – who hosted the show from 1999 to 2015 – then appeared dressed as the Star Wars character, gaining loud cheers from the audience.
“I knew I knew your a**. You’re Obi-Wan Kenobi!
