Scott grew up in Wildwood, NJ and is a life long movie buff and historian. In addition to authoring the book about Wildwood's Fun Pier, Scott has also co-produced the biographical documentary of legendary amusement display artist, Jim DeMusz. A trained screenwriter and director, Scott made his debut as writer, producer, director, actor with the 2018 independent short thriller, Lost in the Night. Scott has written eight original screenplays and made his feature debut film in 2022 with Lycaon. Scott has always said his first love is writing and his second is directing. He credits his late aunt, Artenzie DelliPaoli as being his biggest influence for his love of cinema. His directing style has been highly influenced by directors such as: Tim Burton, Michael Mann and John Carpenter. Scott is busy working on post production for Lycaon while in pre production for his next film, The Black Tent. With Lost in the Night being produced as a short film, Scott has a feature length version that he says he would love to direct on the future.
