Hollis J Hayden II
Is a native of Hammond LA.
He is the son of Elaine and Hollis Hayden Sr. He began his acting career in 1999 with Dr Ava Turner and the Fourth District Drama Troupe and performed in numerous shows
Hollis received a BFA in Speech Communications and Theatre Arts from Dillard University, where he studied under the guidance of Dr. Alex C Marshall and Dr Gary Hyatt. He eventually earned a MFA in Professional of Fine Arts in Acting from Kent State University, becoming the first African American Male to finish the program. He then went on to start his production company, ProPlayers Productions LLC. followed by his theatre, The Brooklyn Brownstone Blackbox Theatre. He would like to thank GOD for all of his gifts and talents. For without him none of his accomplishments would be possible.
