My name is Faye Jones and I am 21 years old. My union status is non union, and I am represented by Burton and Robinson agency. My goal is to make a career of becoming a voice actor for cartoons like Powerpuff Girls, Scooby Doo, Rugrats, etc.
I've done some community theatre, acted in shows, took classes in high school, and some improv classes. Some of the classes I have taken are drama 1-3, honors theatre production, and tech theatre. I have also taken a New York and British accent workshop class for a theatre festival at Towson University. Doing the British accent workshop came in handy when I played Marston in And Then There Were None because the characters in the play were British.
This fall, I will be doing a voiceover artistry workshop September 16th-October 18th, 2024 online at the New York Film Academy. This class is an introductory class for voice acting that will be used towards gaining professional voiceover experience. I am creating my own unnamed character voices and learning to do some voice impressions. My best voice impression I can do is Jennifer Coolidge. When covid hit, my high school's International Thespian Society (ITS) troupe 7825 put on 3 radio shows for Christmas. This required us to use voice acting skills to create different characters.
