- Biologically the first cousin of Tsar Alexander III, but through marriage became his sister-in-law. Alexander was married to Princess Dagmar of Denmark and, shortly after their marriage, invited her brother King George I of Greece to Russia to visit, where he met and fell in love with Olga.
