Zp International Motion Pictures ' feature film, Santa Claus vs. the Zombies , debuts this holiday season as the first ever film available in a new 3D format that plays on a standard DVD player with no special equipment. Directed by Kentucky Filmmaker of the Decade George Bonilla and headlined by Billy W. Blackwell and Alex del Monacco, Santa Claus vs. the Zombies is a family-friendly story of a mall Santa and his elves trapped in a family's home during the outbreak of a zombie plague and their rescue attempt by the U.S. government. Inventors of the new 3D conversion process, Randy French and Daniel Widener, have been working with Zp to perfect their process for some time. The good folks at Camp Motion Pictures gave Fango the scoop on the extensive details for its unrated DVD of Stash, coming March 10 on the Bloody Earth Films label. They also sent along the first look at cover art for writer/director Jacob Ennis’ backwoods survival shocker.
Also lensed and edited by Ennis and starring Kevin Taylor, Karen Boles, Billy W. Blackwell, Chris Begley and Fango Radio’s Debbie Rochon, Stash is about a couple of Kentucky boys who decide to steal the crop of Bud, a local marijuana grower. They get caught in the act, and Bud subjects them to an especially horrific punishment, with the help of a secret lurking in his basement. Special features include:
