Am I the only one who thinks the breaks between seasons of Psych (TV) are too long? Because I really need the hilarity of my favorite fake psychic, crime fighting, bumbling, scream-like-girls duo of Shawn (James Roday) and Gus (Dule Hill). I've also really missed the wacky changes to the credits and singing along with the Friendly Indians theme song. When we last saw them, Shawn and Gus, along with Lassiter (Timothy Omundson), Juliet (Maggie Lawson), and Henry (Corbin Bernsen) are up against Shawn's greatest foe yet, Mr. Yen. The results were pretty traumatic for all, especially poor Juliet. We meet back up with our favorite characters in the flashback to young Shawn and Gus, circa 1990, and the boys are about to be pulverized by school bullies. Shawn bemoans the fact he never got to take Karate, while little Gus squeaks that his limited martial arts training is closer to feng shui than Bruce Lee.
