Jamie's Family Christmas made a decent start for Channel 4 last night, according to the latest viewing figures. The first episode of the festive series drew 3.26m (14.9%) between 8pm and 8.30pm. The audience then climbed to 3.68m (16.2%) during the next instalment, which aired immediately afterwards. Gordon Ramsay's F Word then had 2.13m (9.7%) during the 9pm hour. Over on BBC One, Holby City took 5.32m (23.9%) during the 8pm hour, then the audience dropped to 3.12m (14.2%) during the 9pm screening of Paradox's penultimate episode. BBC Two has signed Sir Gerry Robinson to present a new six-part series called Legacy. The series, which is currently in production, will take a look at the emotional dilemmas people face when writing a will. Businessman Robinson aims to help people put their affairs in order and will steer them through the process of writing their wills. He will be joined in the show by an expert lawyer.
