A new season of Queer Eye hits Netflix on Jan. 24, and the rollout is underway with a boost last Sunday from a sixth straight Emmy win in the structured reality category. Series stars Jonathan Van Ness, Antoni Porowski and Tan France have also started teasing season eight on Instagram. Van Ness, the show’s hair guru, called it “on another level,” and food and wine expert Porowski posted, “back for more beignets” as a nod to New Orleans, the production headquarters for the previous season seven and the new batch of episodes. France shared, “Get ready folks, this season’s a great one.” But according to sources, it was also pretty scary.
Season eight of the reality show will no doubt showcase Queer Eye’s trademark mix of humor, heart and life-altering transformations, but there’s a storyline from New Orleans that audiences won’t see. A string of crime...

George Lucas' original "Star Wars" may be the most over-examined film in the medium's history. Since its May 25, 1977 theatrical release, fans have scoured every scene for odd detail and bloopers, which has led to a load of trivial observations. Why was C-3Po tasked with burning the dead jawa corpses by himself, and did he suffer any Ptsd from this grisly errand (which R2-D2 just watched like the freak that he is – though it's possible he pitched in by sparking the fire with his taser)? Did Mark Hamill accidentally yell "Carrie" when he disembarked his X-wing?
Most importantly, what was up with the Stormtrooper who, upon boarding the Rebel Alliance's Tantive IV spacecraft at the beginning of the movie, bashed his head on a door ceiling?
There's no disputing this mistake. It's right there on-screen, and Lucas has yet to make an attempt to digitally remove it (that we know of). There's also,...

Chris Pratt was on hand Monday night at Universal Studios Hollywood for the grand opening of Jurassic World: The Ride — and it's a good thing because he was put to work.
As an enormous crowd of onlookers (media and guests) stood before the giant, iconic gates into the park/ride, the actor who plays Owen Grady in the franchise, had to tame Blue, his character's Velociraptor.
The dinosaur interrupted the ceremony moments before the ride was set to open for previews.

“Avengers: Endgame” screened for the first time at its April 22 world premiere, and the buzz from press inside the Los Angeles Convention Center is through the roof. While the review embargo won’t be lifted until later today, numerous film reporters and writers were allowed to take to social media to share enthusiastic raves for the 22nd entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Nearly every first reaction is positive, with Fandango’s managing editor Erik Davis calling “Endgame” a “masterful epic” and Gizmodo and i09’s Germain Lussier raving the film is “staggering” and an “epic ending to the Infinity saga.”
Perhaps the best reaction came from Rotten Tomatoes editor in chief Joel Meares, who wrote, “Fans are going to go Apeshit.” Nearly every reaction mentioned “Endgame” is highly emotional and left a large number of the press in tears multiple times throughout its three-hour runtime. The movie is expected...

It's a little hard to believe that Edward Norton was the star of Marvel's second movie that would eventually grow into what has become a 20 part, multi-billion dollar cinematic universe. So it isn't much of a surprise that Norton may regret walking away from the role of Bruce Banner after only one movie.
But now, the Academy Award nominee is saying there is a good reason he turned his back on the McU. On the set of the Comedy Central Roast of Bruce Willis Hollywood Reporter senior staff writer Ryan Parker says Norton “took a shot” at Marvel during his portion of the Roast. Norton reportedly said it was hard working on the set of The Incredible Hulk because he wanted a better script from the studio.

Given the monumental success of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, you can’t really fault three-time Academy Award nominee Edward Norton for his bitterness toward what’s inarguably the only misstep in the near unblemished history of the highest grossing film franchise of all-time, seeing as it did cost him a spot amongst Earth’s Mightiest Heroes.
Said resentment was reportedly on display once again during the Comedy Central Roast of Bruce Willis. According to Ryan Parker, senior staff writer for The Hollywood Reporter, Norton “took a shot” at Marvel during his portion of the Roast, saying that he was difficult on set because he wanted a better script from the studio. Ouch!
As I’m sure most of the world is aware of by now, Edward Norton was replaced by Mark Ruffalo, another three-time Academy Award nominee, as Bruce Banner/the Hulk in the McU. Currently, no definitive reason has...

Today is Josh Brolin's birthday! He is 50-years-old today and Ryan Reynolds wished him a happy birthday in the most hilarious Deadpool way possible. He posted an image of Deadpool painting a portrait of Josh Brolin. Brolin is posing for him as Cable in the image, but Deadpool is painting the actor as he appeared in 1985 as Brand in The Goonies. Reynolds posted this little note with the image:
"Happy Birthday, Bright Eye. You don’t taste a day over 40."
I love this, and this isn't the only Goonies reference that has been made with Deadpool 2. In the trailer, there was a scene where Deadpool is wearing Chunks Hawaiian shirt from Goonies. In case you missed that, I also included the tweet that pointed that little Easter egg out below.
What do you all think of Ryan Reynold's little Deadpool birthday gift to Brolin?
Happy Birthday, Bright Eye. You...

J.J. Abrams is once again bringing balance to the Force as the new director of Star Wars: Episode IX.
Abrams' name immediately began swirling after previous Episode IX helmer Colin Trevorrow exited the project last week, and why wouldn't it? Abrams revived the film franchise with 2015's The Force Awakens, and with quite a bit of behind-the-scenes shuffling of directors in recent months, people assumed Lucasfilm head Kathleen Kennedy would look for a safe bet.
Heat Vision's Aaron Couch, Ryan Parker and Graeme McMillan have assembled to break down the news.
