Renowned wrestler Seth Rollins is often known for his unyielding spirit and unwavering dedication within the ring. But this time, the heavyweight champion truly displayed his level of resilience during his recent WrestleMania match against Roman Reigns. A disturbing footage shared on X shed light on the true extent of Rollins’ toughness and resilience.

The match saw Seth Rollins face off against Roman Reigns in an intense fight to save his title, despite previously informing the world about his gruesome knee injury. Fans were shocked to see the way Rollins was tackled by Reigns in the ring. While this footage displayed Rollins’ level of grit and determination, a few fans justified that it was probably the angle that made it look this bad.

The injury bug has been spreading around lately. First, the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion was hurt during his match with Jinder Mahal. Now, his reported WrestleMania dance partner, Cm Punk, is no longer a candidate to challenge for the prestigious belt at the biggest show in the company’s calendar year. It’s a shame as Seth Rollins vs. Cm Punk was the perfect WrestleMania match, but this is show business, so the show must go on. WWE has a stacked roster filled with former champions and rising superstars who would make a compelling opponent for Seth Rollins. Thankfully, WWE has

Having been released all the way back in 1989, the television series Baywatch quickly became a pop culture phenomenon despite constantly receiving negative reviews from critics. The series went on till 2001 and almost two decades later inspired the namesake 2017 film starring Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron. Unfortunately, the film received negative critical reviews even though it was considered a commercial success.
Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron in Baywatch (2017)
As if the negative reviews weren’t enough, the film went on to become an object of ridicule when it was nominated at the 38th Golden Raspberry Awards or the Razzies. However, Dwayne Johnson was quick to turn the mockery around as he took to social media to gracefully accept the award on the film’s behalf.

WWE Monday Night Raw kicked off this week by addressing The Rock’s challenge from SmackDown. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins focused on taking down The People’s Champion, which also came with a big announcement.

Still, Rollins managed to finish the match and retain his championship by pinning Mahal. However, due to his injury, the 37-year-old had to skip some live events.
Now, he has received full medical clearance. He confirmed his appearance on SmackDown this week to confront the Bloodline, stating he’s prepared and ready for action.
Despite facing an injury, Rollins is determined to confront Johnson and his cousin alongside Cody Rhodes, showing his refusal to take the easier path.

Netflix and the WWE are about to make one helluva tag team.
In 2025, WWE’s weekly flagship program “Monday Night Raw” is leaving its longtime USA Network home for the greener pastures of Netflix — yes, we are referring there to the color of money.
Hey, the same move worked out for “Suits.”
“Monday Night Raw,” USA Network’s most-watched show, is heading to Netflix in a 10-year deal that will pay WWE parent company Tko more than $5 billion; top-rope stuff from today’s company filings. Netflix carries options to either extend the deal for another 10 years, or to opt out after the first five.
Curiously, in the Tuesday news announcement, Tko and Netflix both referred to the program simply as “Raw.” A person with knowledge of the plans told IndieWire that the show’s night of the week is subject to change in the move. It is possible Netflix would...

Match #1: #DIY def. “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio & Jd McDonagh The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Looking for a monumental win, #DIY took on The Judgment Day’s “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio and Jd McDonagh. Mysterio and McDonagh employed a wide variety of underhanded tactics, using the referee to hit cheap shots and to prevent Johnny Gargano from tagging Tommaso Ciampa. The two teams put on a show, with the North Little Rock WWE Universe chanting “This is Awesome.” Gargano and Ciampa sealed the win by blasting McDonagh with Meeting in the Middle.

Even The Rock gets the smackdown laid on him every now and then…But at least he has a good sense of humor about it. In a surprise appearance on the New Year’s Day episode of WWE Raw, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson took the ring to stop Superstar Jinder Mahal in his tracks and drop The People’s Elbow on the dud that was Baywatch.
After his entrance music blared through the Pechanga Arena in San Diego, The Rock entered the ring and confronted Mahal, telling him straight up, “Nobody likes you, and you’re not funny,” laying a fantastic self-own on one of his big screen stinkers by adding, “As a matter of fact, if you were one of the Rock’s movies, you would probably be Baywatch,” getting a huge reaction from the crowd and chuckle from the commentators. When Mahal tried to say he had thankfully never seen Baywatch,...

Well, lets immediately get the elephant out of the room, I was furious nigh on disgusted by the news prior to “the biggest party of the summer” that The Fiend Bray Wyatt was released by WWE. Another sad state of affairs at a time when WWE is struggling to muster enthusiasm for its product. But, despite considering packing it in, I’m sticking with things and hoping for a better future. And so we arrive at the sun drenched gates of WWE’s biggest Summer PPV, as fans packed out Las Vegas for a huge show, with an equally big card. But did the dice roll in their favour or not?
Let’s see how the night went down…
1. Big E vs. Baron Corbin (Kick-Off Show)
A young lady won some Tik Tok competition or such to get ring announcing duties for this kick-off show match and did a fairly good job actually.

At the request of Jinder Mahal, the increasingly downtrodden Baron Corbin exercised the quarterly brand-to-brand invitational to come over from SmackDown and take on Drew McIntyre in an attempt to turn around his luck. The Scottish Warrior laid in a significant amount of punishment throughout the match and almost convinced Corbin he felt sorry for him. Almost was the key word, as McIntyre proceeded to nail...

Welcome to this week’s WWE Monday Night Raw review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and… Other Me: No he’s not! I’m me! Me: Shut up! I’ll decide who is the f—kin’ Nathan! On this week’s show, we have a No Holds Barred Match between Nikki A.S.H. and Charlotte Flair, so that ought to be good. So, let’s get right… Other Me: You bastard! Untie me! Me: I’ll untie you when you stop being a s–t-house b–ch! Got an idea of when that is?! Other Me: What? Me: There ya go, sunshine. Raw starts… Other Me: I have to pee. Me: Piss your ass for all I care! Raw starts now!

There are many things in WWE history we can discuss and celebrate but sometimes it’s good to be a little bit different, so here goes.
15 years ago at Judgment Day 2006, WWE icon The Undertaker faced off against the newly debuting towering giant The Great Khali in his first WWE Pay-Per-View match. What followed was a dominant – rather shockingly swift – victory for the Indian powerhouse. Since then, Khali went on to have an interesting run that saw him enter some feuds with major stars and go from the Punjabi Nightmare to the Punjabi Playboy. But as WWE’s first ever Indian World Champion Khali made history and as such WWE has just announced his entry into the WWE Hall of Fame this year. While many have lamented the big guy’s admittedly limited wrestling ability over the years, the 7’1” superstar was a sight to behold in the squared circle from his monstrous debut onwards.

The WWE 24 documentaries have, at times, been really entertaining, but after watching this episode on the current WWE Champion Drew McIntyre, I believe none have been more revealing and open than this one. In just over an hour, this documentary manages to tell a great big story of McIntyre’s career in and out of WWE and it’s very good indeed.
There’s a lot to pick apart and sift through here. This documentary had a lot to say and not, really, that long to say it. McIntyre himself appears in interview-form throughout the episode, giving context, opinions or information about a variety of topics related to his career and his life since he started wrestling back in 2001 at the age of 15. Those early days are spoken about, as Drew himself, friends like Nxt UK’s Wolfgang, and his family, discuss his love of pro-wrestling as a child and...

Match #1: Rey Mysterio, Aleister Black & Apollo Crews def. Andrade, Angel Garza & Austin Theory The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
At the climax of an action-packed Six-Man Tag Team throwdown, Apollo Crews pinned United States Champion Andrade to pick up the win for his team.

WWE isn't shying away from the real-life aspects of McIntyres career ...
Drew McIntyre's redemption story is the best story WWE can tell.
From the guy who was in 3 Man Band, to the guy who WWE fired, to the guy who had to claw his way back up through the independent wrestling scene, McIntyre's journey to the main event at WrestleMania 36 is the plot of a Rocky movie.
WWE is going all-in on the real-life aspects of his story, and it's the best decision the company could make.
Last night, McIntyre did a sit-down interview on Raw and he highlighted everything. He talked about how he debuted at 21-years-old in 2009, and how at the time, Vince McMahon said he was the "chosen one" and would be a future WWE Champion. But McIntyre never caught traction in 2009, in large part because McMahon's attitude changes on a whim.
A few years later,...

WWE split up its rosters with Fox and USA "executives" making the picks ...
WWE held its Draft on Friday and Monday, splitting up rosters between SmackDown on Fox and Raw on USA Network. Different than in prior years, WWE ran a storyline where executives from each network were picking the wrestlers they wanted on their show. It was a nice real-world touch, despite the cheesy acting every time they went to the "war rooms" of each network.
Let's run down the results.
Raw will be headlined by Universal Championship Seth Rollins, with the main-event talent also including Aj Styles, Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton. The next level includes Ricochet, Bobby Lashley, Kevin Owens, Samoa Joe and Andrade. The mid-card portion of the roster will have Rusev, Aleister Black, Rey Mysteiro and R-Truth while the bottom of the card features Cedric Alexander, Sin Cara, Carillo, Erick Rowan, Buddy Murphy,...

Roman Reigns has inked a multi-year extension with WWE ...
WWE has been on a signing spree of late, locking up talent ahead of Aew’s main launch on TNT this October. Earlier this week, the company announced that it has re-signed its face, confirming a multi-year contract extension with Roman Reigns. Reigns, 34, has been the centerpiece of WWE television since John Cena became a part-time wrestler in order to pursue a movie career. Terms of the deal, including the length, were not disclosed but multiple media outlets have reported that it’s a multi-year extension for Reigns. In recent months, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, Jinder Mahal, Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson have all reportedly signing new contracts.
After battling leukemia at the end of last year, Reigns returned to WWE in February and had a short-lived reunion with The Shield and then feuded with Drew McIntyre through WrestleMania.

Match #1: WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions The Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection, Beth Phoenix & Natalya def. Nia Jax, Tamina & The IIconics The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
Is Beth Phoenix’s return from retirement just a nostalgia trip? WWE Universe, it is not. The Glamazon was a house on fire in an Eight-Woman Tag Team Match six days before WrestleMania’s cross-generational Fatal 4-Way for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles, and she was a problem for champions and challengers alike in what ended up being her first Raw victory in nearly seven years. Match #1: Becky Lynch def. Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair in a Beat the Clock Challenge The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
For all the well-documented disdain among WrestleMania’s newly-minted main-eventers — open Twitter if you dare — Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair’s shared path to their historic moment has been defined primarily by their distance between each other. With Rousey savaging challengers and security guards on Raw and Becky and Charlotte trading barbs on SmackDown Live, it’s been difficult for any competitor to establish the upper hand, so Raw’s Beat the Clock Challenge (short version: fastest victory wins) provided an opportunity for one of these women to separate from the pack.

Match #1: Ricochet & Aleister Black def. Raw Tag Team Champions The Revival The following is courtesy of wwe.com:
The hits just keep on coming for The Revival, who clawed their way to the top of the Tag Team division only to find several new boulders hovering precariously over their heads. Last week, Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano checked the new champions, and Dash & Dawson fared no better this week against the other half of the new Nxt contingent, Ricochet & Aleister Black. To their credit, The Revival employed a sound strategy, jumping their opponents before the bell in an attempt to get ahead of their near-uncontrollable foes.

You can think what you’d like to about the WWE and while it’s true that much of it is staged, faked, whatever you’d like to say, the absolute truth of the show is that it does draw a very big crowd and this is largely because of the very enticing characters that make the show what it is. Jinder Mahal is one of those names that most wrestling fans know but anyone else might draw a blank on. This is largely because while he’s big in the industry at this time he’s still not quite at the level of say,

Despite putting his family back on TV, Vince McMahon has made small changes to his product ...
Underneath the obvious nepotism, Vince McMahon did make subtle changes to Raw and SmackDown this week, as he promised a "shakeup" when he returned to television on Monday.
The first thing he did was bring his children back to TV. Baron Corbin and Paige are fired as Raw and SmackDown GMs, and the McMahon kids are back in charge with their dad. That's the only thing Vince does when he thinks his show is in trouble. It's why he returned to television in the first case. He believes his family is so over, that they'll be needle-movers in the ratings. He keeps his kids in an emergency case backstage, and breaks open the glass and put them in front of the camera at times like this when ratings are suffering and viewership is down.

The Superstar who came closest to figuring out the Australian punisher was Cedric Alexander, but Murphy seems to have progressed beyond that hump, fending off the former champion in a fast-paced title bout at WWE TLC Kickoff. Welcome to this week’s Mixed Match Challenge review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have the final show before TLC, which means this better be good or I’ll go Jack Nicholson on their asses.
Match #1: Jinder Mahal & Alicia Fox def. Apollo Crews & Bayley The following is courtesy of WWE.com:
The Mixed Match Challenge hasn’t been around for very long, but that doesn’t make the turnaround of Jinder Mahal & Alicia Fox any less impressive, as they rebounded from a dismal three-match losing streak to make the tournament finals … though they have a little bit of serendipity to thank for helping put them over the top. That would be Apollo Crews’ last-second sub for an injured Finn Bálor, a switch that left Bayley at the disadvantage of trying to build chemistry on the fly with a new partner in a must-win situation.

Welcome to this weeks review on WWE Raw… a show that has made me dread Monday night TV. Although the online buzz about this episode has got me a little more interested in the show than in recent weeks.
Match #1: Bobby Roode & Chad Gable def. Aop & Drake Maverick in a 2-on-3 Handicap to become the new Raw Tag Team Champions The following is courtesy of WWE.com:
After Aop attacked Chad Gable backstage during a match between Bobby Roode and Drake Maverick last week, Baron Corbin turned that singles bout into an impromptu 2-on-3 Handicap Match that allowed Maverick to pick up a humiliating win over The Glorious One. Though Aop looked strong in the height of their Raw Tag Team Championship Match this week, Maverick’s cocky nature sank his team team’s title reign. When he made the mistake of requesting a tag and obnoxiously mocking Roode’s glorious pose,...
