I love a good turnout at an award show because it just gives you twice as much fashion to scream and shout about! Whilst I did miss some of the biggies at the Stardust Awards (who may just have been preoccupied by the hush hush wedding of David Dhawan’s son in Goa), the attendance at the award function was nonetheless impressive! Here’s what the fashion looked like on the red carpet.
Aarti Chabria
Ms Chabria looked ravishing in the blue/black gown. I have absolutely no qualms from the look. The hair was a lovely touch to add to the flow of the gown because an up-do could have totally ruined it. Quite flawless!
Very Hot
Anushka Sharma
I love that Anushka never bores you with the same designer or style and takes risks however this particular risk didn’t pay off. The Donna Karen gown isn’t...

Fashion and the red carpet have a symbiotic relationship. They simply cannot exist without one another so naturally since its awards season in B-Town our Whwn section is going to be busier than ever! Without further delay lets get judging with the first award function of the season: Colors Screen Awards!
Aarti Chhabria
It looks like Ms Chhabria didn’t get the memo that this was an awards function… The dress is way too casual for the red carpet. No denying that she does look great, just out of place. Perhaps a one-sided hairdo highlighting that one shoulder design the dress endorsed could have made this outfit more red-carpet worthy. Whilst this would be a hot rating on any other day, for the red carpet I’m going for a not hot rating for Aarti.
Alka Yagnik

New Delhi, Oct 24 – Now this was a major faux pas – the tag outside fashion designer Malini Ramani’s stall at Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (Wifw) read ‘Malani Ramani’ instead!
The spelling error was prominent on the first day Saturday, but it was left to be corrected until the second day of the five-day fashion extravaganza in the capital Sunday.
That must’ve been quite a shock for a designer who has been in the fashion industry for over a decade.

Manish Arora proved why he is so popular abroad with a futuristic collection that was inspired by art décor.
Neeta Lulla also kept the futuristic theme going with standout headpieces; Sridevi looked amazing in a space age, silver fishtail gown.
Manish Malhotra did what he does best, Indian garments; the catwalk was reminiscent of traditional, regal India with purple, blue and red being the main colours this season. If Jodha Bai were here today she would defiantly be wearing Manish Malhotra's A/W collection.
Malini Ramani ended Lakme Fashion week on a good note by showcasing her 'Gypsy' collection at the Grand Finale. The collection was an array of tribal and gypsy looks with plenty of shell and mirror embellishments.
