JC Fentz Louis
- Producer

- Music Department
JC Louis, the driving force known as "Fentz," offers more than two decades of
accomplishments in the music and film industry. Born in Saint Louis, Haiti, as the eldest
of three children, he was brought to New York in 1981: just in time to experience the
birth of Hip Hop. The culture was everywhere. From his window he could see and feel
the growing population of break dancers, rappers, and beatboxers on the streets and
sidewalks. He was developing into a young visionary as the Hip Hop movement began
to explode. He fell in love with the culture.
By the late 90s, Fentz had formed a premier music production group known as Drum Majorz. With Fentz in the role of Production Manager, he was able to negotiate tracks for several iconic record companies including Cash Money, No Limit, Bad Boy, and many more. In 2000, as the business flourished from record production, Iconz Music & Films was formed.
As Drum Majorz music became increasingly popular, the opportunities started rising to work with many major labels. Fentz spotted the opportunity to develop the company's blossoming production division, and Drum Majorz was established as the premier production and engineering service across the music industry. In 2007, Fentz expanded his portfolio by returning to his roots and focusing on the "film" part of Iconz Music & Films. He wrote and produced his first Indie film "Bloodline." This release was followed by a worldwide distribution deal with Code Black Entertainment and a release of "The Next Hit," starring Fredro Starr and Rick Ross. The films' urban and gritty content earned rave reviews and a cult following. Fentz is a top-tier producer that leads projects to perfection.
Outside the entertainment world, he is a true humanitarian at heart. He formed "Haiti Youth of Legacy" in his hometown of Saint Louis, to provide shelter, nourishment, and counseling within a loving, supportive environment for young women and their children. He has also developed "Beyond the Spotlight," a youth empowerment and education program that teaches children confidence and value as well as education on the behind- the-scenes of the entertainment industry.
Today, Fentz is embarking on a new venture as co-owner of Audio Vision alongside Johnny Mars and Sean Ostrov. Here, he works tirelessly to continuously ensure premier customer satisfaction and extremely high client retention rates. He is a creator, a visionary, and has paved his own way, built his own platform, and has successfully mentored countless artists through the independent entertainment industry in Miami. He is a force, a movement... he is Fentz!
