Hey, "Elementary" fans. We hope you guys enjoyed tonight's episode 6 of this current season 7. Now that it's officially over and done with, it's time to see what will be going down in next week's brand new episode 8. Thanks to the wonderful folks over at CBS, we do have a few teaser descriptions to share with you guys via their episode 7 press release. So, that is what we'll be using for this spoiler session. As usual, to get things started, we will take a look at this title for episode 7. They've officially labeled episode 7, "From Russia With Drugs." I like how they parodied the "From Russia With Love" saying. Anyways, episode 7 sounds like it will feature some pretty interesting, possible very dangerous and scandalous scenes as Holmes and Watson investigate the murder of a criminal. Captain Gregson suspects some very scandalous foul play and more! We'll go ahead and start off...

Although its ratings were low next to broadcast network television shows, last year, the Happy! TV show was the second highest ratings-earner for Syfy. On the other hand, the cable network cancelled The Expanse, its third highest-rated show, so maybe we're lucky to be here now. Can the second season of Happy! draw a bigger audience and cement its place in the Syfy lineup? Will Happy! be cancelled or renewed for season three? Stay tuned. *Status update below.

Happy! leans even further into the depravity fans know and love it for, but at what cost to the story?
This Happy! review contains no spoilers.
When Syfy decided to transform Grant Morrison’s Happy! comic book series into a TV show, many were understandably taken aback. Not because of the graph novel’s intensely violent and crude subject matter (which the first season unabashedly dove head-first into), but for the length. The limited series ran for only four issues. The first season of Happy!, meanwhile, consisted of eight hour-long episodes. How the hell does that work?
Depending on who you ask, it either does or doesn’t. But Syfy and the show’s fans were happy enough with the result, which is why Happy! is back for a second season consisting of yet another eight episodes. This time, however, Morrison, executive producer and director Brian Taylor, writer and associate...

Syfy’s Happy! is returning just in time to – as one of the characters insists in this new trailer – make Easter great again. The network has set March 27 for the Season 2 premiere.
In its second season, the dark comedy based on the irreverent graphic novel of the same name finds alcoholic ex-cop turned hit man Nick Sax (Christopher Meloni) and his bizarre imaginary kinda-unicorn-looking pal Happy (voiced by Patton Oswalt) on the trail of a child kidnapping ring. Or something along those lines – nothing is ever quite what it seems on this show.
Best moment of the trailer: The “best crazy person room” Sax has ever seen – a villain’s hide-out complete with those red strings linking various clues and evidence. It’s a note-perfect send-up of a trope all too familiar from Meloni’s old stomping grounds at Law & Order: Svu.
The villain, by the way, has some nefarious...

Star Christopher Meloni and the cast and creators of Happy! tease an even raunchier second season.
If you watched all eight episodes of the first season of Happy!, Syfy’s incredibly violent and silly show starring Wet Hot American Summer and Law & Order alum Christopher Meloni and comedian Patton Oswalt, then bless you.
No, that’s not to suggest that the series adapted from Grant Morrison and Darick Robertson’s four-issue comic book story is bad, because it’s nothing of the sort. In fact, Happy! quickly became one of the genre cable outlet’s most talked-about debuts in 2017, thanks mostly to Morrison and series co-creator Brian Taylor’s approach to adapting the short-form comic. Happy! also owes its success to Meloni and Oswalt’s performances as detective-turned-hit man Nick Sax and the show’s titular imaginary unicorn.

Calling Happy! a psychedelic mystery revelling in debauchery with a little added sweetness wouldn’t do it justice. The show is so much more. Imagine Quentin Tarantino and Peppa Pig had a baby, with the Teletubbies and Looney Tunes as godparents; that baby would be Happy!
To watch Happy! with expectations or the belief that we know what is going to happen, is to realise how accustomed we’ve come to clichés, and how refreshing it is to expect the unexpected. The story is a pick’n mix of: mobsters, crooked cops, creepy kids entertainers, gangster’s wives, reality TV, faith, and imaginary friends.

Compared to broadcast network television shows, Syfy's offerings don't draw large audiences. There is often a fine line between the ratings of cancelled and renewed Syfy TV series. Now the cable network is introducing its new Happy! TV show. Since it is based on the popular Grant Morrison and Darick Robertson graphic novel and has a relative big name in Christopher Meloni for its lead, can it attract sufficient viewers to be successful? Will Happy! be cancelled or renewed for season two? Stay tuned. As if to say “Season’s beatings!” Wednesday, Syfy drew back the blood-soaked curtain on Happy!, its pitch-black-yet-rainbow-colored comic-book adaptation starring Christopher Meloni as a jaded hitman thrust into an odd-couple partnership with the cheerful titular unicorn (voiced by Patton Oswalt) to track down a Santa who’s so scary, he makes the boogeyman look like the little drummer boy. But was the series’ premiere really as wild a ride as you may have heard? Could it possibly have been?!? Read on and find out…

If your idea of Christmas cheer is a drunk hit man coughing up blood in a dive-bar bathroom to the sounds of “Jingle Bells”… well, Syfy has a holiday treat for you.
To be clear, the network’s wild new graphic-novel adaptation Happy! — debuting this Wednesday at 10/9c — is most definitely not for everyone. It’s an adrenaline-charged roller coaster of sex, drugs and graphic violence, with a wickedly cynical sense of humor to boot. It’s relentlessly in-your-face, and the faint of heart (or of stomach) need not apply. But it’s also one hell of a ride, with gleefully over-the-top action sequences…...

This laugh-a-minute spoof centres around a not particularly smart or streetwise undercover cop, Lucas White (Alex Ashbaugh), who’s never driven a manual car before, but somehow still manages to infiltrate Vin Serento’s (Dale Pavinski) La gang of illegal street racers. They are Superfast! and they are a little furious; watch as they plot to double-cross La crime kingpin, Juan Carlos de la Sol (Omar Chaparro), who hides his cash in Big Ass Tacos establishment downtown. The gang’s outrageous plan is as daring as it is ridiculous and will see them towing the whole damn restaurant at crazy speeds.
Along for the Superfast! ride is Vin’s slap-dash crew made up of assorted members including; his girlfriend Michelle (Andrea Navedo), who maybe appreciates a beautiful woman even more than Vin, and his sister Jordana (Lili Mirojnick), who finds Officer White’s fondue-eating, face-licking first date irresistable. Aaron Seltzer and Jason Friedberg, the filmmakers behind the much maligned film spoofs like "Date Movie," "Disaster Movie" and "Epic Movie," are at it again.
After taking on "300" in "Meet the Spartans" and the "Twilight" franchise in "Vampires Suck," they're now turning their attention towards the "Fast and Furious" franchise with "Superfast".
Actor Alex Ashbaugh ("The Canyons") and stunt performer Dale Pavinski are in final negotiations to star as the Paul Walker and Vin Diesel characters respectively.
Lili Mirojnick ("Cloverfield") and Andrea Navedo ("How to Make it in America") have scored the Jordana Brewster and Michele Rodriguez roles, while Daniel Booko will play the Vince-style role Matt Schulze played in the first and fifth 'Furious'.
Peter Safran will produce and filming begins in October in Los Angeles.
Seltzer and Friedberg's most recent spoof, "The Hunger Games" take-off "The Starving Games," hits in November.

Earlier this year, it was reported that Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer, the geniuses behind "Date Movie," "Meet the Spartans," and "Vampires Suck," were developing a new movie, called "Superfast!," which will be a spoof of the "Fast and Furious" franchise. And now comes word that Dave Pavinski (stuntman on "Underworld: Rise of the Lycans") will play Vin Diesel's Dominic Torretto character and Alex Ashbaugh (The Canyons) will play Paul Walker's Brian O'Conner character. Meanwhile, Lili Mirojnick (Cloverfield) and Andrea Navedo ("Law and Order - Special Victims Unit") has already been cast in the roles Jordana Brewster and Michelle Rodriguez play in "Fast and Furious" films. "Superfast" is set to begin shooting in October in Los Angeles. The film has already been acquired for distribution in many territories, including Russia, Germany, Italy, the Middle East and Latin America.

Why is it that only young college students get murdered in horror films? How come seniors are not attacked in their rocking chairs while they are in the middle of a game of Canasta or shuffle board? This reviewer would love to see a few senior citizens followed by serial killers while they try to drive away in their motorized wheel chair or while using their walker. Is horror becoming ageist? The Levenger Tapes, from New Films International, would say yes as this production continues the trend of murdering young folk as they travel out into the woods. This film is a "found footage" styled movie, where the killed film their own demise. Add in a tale of a missing girl and you have some suspense and maybe even some mystery. But this reviewer would still like to see a senior citizen chomping down on a villain or two with their dentures.

Greg (Eric Szmanda) along with Hodges (Wallace Langham) and Mandy (Sheeri Rappaport) look at a photo of a girl on the web whom Greg states is a Db. saying: "She is not merely dead, she is most sincerely dead." (from The Wizard of Oz..) Nick (George Eads) asks if they're having a slow night and disagrees with Greg telling him everything on the website isn't real. Hodges explains he was trying to tell the others that. Nick proceeds to examine the photo and remarks on her blood vessels in her arm being distended meaning she has high blood pressure. Greg thinks the blood pooled in dexterity and lividity, i.e that she's dead. Hodges comments it's hard to tell without a body. Nick believes it's a waste of time and so he and Greg bet each other $100 on whether she's alive or not; which Nick doesn't even think Greg has.
