Kate Middleton and Prince William not surprisingly didn't have much use for an entourage as she went into labor early this morning and they drove to St. Mary's Hospital. E! News has obtained an exclusive photo of the pregnant duchess's blacked-out van as it arrived around 6 a.m. at the Mary Sandford entrance—which is the hospital's back door—accompanied by a lone security car. By the time this image was taken, Kate had already been whisked through the door and into the Lindo Wing where she's due to give birth to the royal baby any time now.
