Puff, puff, pay up. One Direction members Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson have been asked by the Philippines' Bureau of Immigration to post bonds of nearly $5,000 each, which they would need to forfeit should they be caught smoking marijuana while performing in the country, reports The Daily Telegraph. "The condition is intended to protect the public interest should the band members commit any violation during their stay in the Philippines," said bureau spokesman Elaine Tan in a statement obtained by The Telegraph. If they don't pay up, the band members would be stopped from performing in Manila this weekend as...

"Bring ChuckleVision back to TV" - now this is the sort of online petition we can really get behind.
Fans of children's comedy veterans Paul and Barry Chuckle have been campaigning to get more episodes of their Cbbc series ChuckleVision made, and it's only right we flag up their efforts and give it some much-needed publicity.
Over 5,000 supporters have backed the petition, calling for the BBC (or any other TV station) to revive the long-running series.
They've also suggested that fans bombard Netflix to make classic episodes of ChuckleVision available on-demand on the streaming service.
ChuckeVision, which featured Paul and Barry getting up to various hijinks that typically ended in a crescendo of slapstick humour, ran for 292 episodes between 1997 and 2009.
The campaign's Facebook page has 200,823 likes already.
Some of the Chuckle Brothers fans' messages of support reveal just how close this campaign is to their hearts.

Here we go again. In the past, I've had a fairly good record of predicting Oscar winners...Let's see if the trend holds. Last week, I helped to host an annual Oscar prediction event at New York's legendary private club The Coffee House. I went against the popular consensus on some predictions, so let's see if my well-thought out analysis (to which I devoted about 30 seconds) will pay off this year, as well.
Best Picture: Argo. Everyone is saying Argo. They may be right. Academy voters were humiliated that Ben Affleck failed to secure a nomination for Best Director, so they may try to atone by giving the film Best Picture. (It was the directors who snubbed Affleck but all Academy members can vote for Best Picture). However, it would be only the third time in Oscar history that a Best Picture award went to a film...
