Ron Dale Barrassi was born on February 27, 1936 in Castlemaine, Victoria, Australia. He was an actor, known for The Late Show (1992), Saturday Afternoon AFL (1957) and War Without Weapons (1980). He was married to Cherryl Copeland and Nancy Kellett. He died on September 16, 2023 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
He was awarded the A.M. (Member of the Order of Australia) in the 1978 Queen's Birthday Honours List for his services to the sport of Australian Rules Football.
