Lincoln has been a visual effects supervisor since 2005 on the horror movie Harvest Moon, while still in college. Notably, Lincoln started in television has working as de facto vfx supervisor on the premiere season of Key & Peele and a featured VFX artist on Childrens Hospital for Comedy Central and Cartoon Network: Adult Swim respectively.
His work spans genres from comedy to the grisliest horror and beautiful matte painting vistas- most recently, focusing on finely detailed compositing and creative, realistic matte paintings that honor a century of movie magic, rooted in his fine arts education and love of art history and photography.
When he is not doing VFX for some of the most talented filmmakers, directors and musicians in the world, he is planning his own film projects.
His twin brother is documentary filmmaker and cinematographer Lucas Smith.
Created the character, Dominique Chaves, voiced by regular collaborator
and childhood friend, Paloma Cordova, in "Blood & Sand" in his senior year
of high school.
While still in High School, conceived and executed the 35-minute long
computer animated film "Blood & Sand" with his brother and many peers.
