Anderson Cooper confirmed what most have suspected — that the CNN news anchor is gay. For years Cooper dodged questions about his sexuality. Cooper came out in a letter to friend Andrew Sullivan, a writer for The Daily Beast.
The fact is, I'm gay, always have been, always will be, and I couldn’t be any more happy, comfortable with myself, and proud.
Earlier this year, Cooper was ranked number six in Out Magazine's Power List, despite not publicly acknowledging his sexual orientation. As The Wrap points out, Cooper's announcement makes him the only openly gay news anchor on television.

Alec Baldwin really hates tabloids and the paparazzi. If his recent run-ins with photogs didn't convince you of that then maybe what he told Vanity Fair what he wants to do to TMZ boss Harvey Levin will.
Baldwin told the magazine:
I wanted to stick a knife in him and gut...

Brit actress Rhona Mitra (Doomsday) headlines ABC’s new summer show The Gates, a supernatural small-town cop show that premiers this Sunday in the Us, more specifically on ABC.
