Lee Siegel is the author of over a dozen books, and is professor of comparative and Indian religions at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
His 1999 novel, Love in a Dead Language, was a New York Times Notable Book of the Year, a bestseller in India, and was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize.
