- Bruno Bernard was born on February 2, 1912 in Berlin, Germany. Bruno is known for Russ Meyer's Fanny Hill (1964). Bruno died on June 3, 1987 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

- Photographer who invented the "pin-up" style of photography in the 1940's. Also known as "Bernard of Hollywood," he made some of the earliest shots of Marilyn Monroe in 1947, along with several more of Monroe over the years. His most famous photograph was "Marilyn in White," shot in New York in September 1954, while Monroe was filming a scene on the set of The Seven Year Itch (1955), where she stands over a subway grating while air blows her skirt upward. This photograph was selected as the "Symbol of the Century" by the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
