- Svetozar Gligoric was born on February 2, 1923 in Belgrade, Serbia. He was an actor, known for Kad sam bio mali (1964), Mali program (1977) and Sunce na pocinku (1992). He was married to Danica. He died on August 14, 2012 in Belgrade, Serbia.

- During World War II, Mr. Gligoric joined guerrilla fighters battling the Axis powers and was eventually promoted to captain in the resistance forces.
