Sydney Hope Banner was born in Los Angeles and did her first commercial
at the age of two. She has worked in film, television, commercial and
voice-overs, like the 3d animated feature, "Sammy's Adventure: The
Secret Passage." Sydney is also an accomplished singer with a 3-octave
range who frequently appears as a featured solo vocalist at large
charity and community events such as the Revlon/UCLA Breast Center
gala. She was cast in a MTLA benefit of Joseph and the Amazing
Technicolor Dreamcoat with original Broadway stars and and AEA
production of Little Shop of Horrors, as well as starring as Annie. She
was also in an AEA Knightsbridge Theater and National American
Shakespearean Company production of The Grapes of Wrath, playing Ruthie
Joad, which garnered exceptional reviews. Her latest theatre production
was the lead role in the original musical "Barely a Bear." Sydney also
just won first place in the Make It Reel vocal competition and did her
first Cabaret Show.
