"The Dukes of Hazzard" was one of the biggest shows in the '70s, but where are the actors now? Did they all live to see old age? Sadly many of the show's main stars have since passed on, but their memory lives on in the timeless television series. The series centered around Bo and Luke Duke, played by John Schneider and Tom Wopat. They delivered vigilante justice for their county, protecting it from the corrupt political power-player, Boss Hogg. They are saddled with trying to save the Duke family farm from Hogg's grasp, which forces them to devise get-rich-quick schemes and lands them in various hijinks.
Many of the supporting actors were already middle-aged when the series aired, so sadly, Denver Pyle who played Jesse Duke, James Best who played Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane, Sorrell Booke who played Boss Hog, and Waylon Jennings who played The Balladeer have all since passed.

As American Sniper enters the home stretch of the Oscar race this weekend, the riveting real-life drama surrounding the murder of former Navy Seal Chris Kyle continues to unfold in a Texas courtroom. On Thursday, Dr. Mitchell Dunn, a forensic psychiatrist who was the last witness to testify for the defense before it rested, revealed that after former Marine Eddie Ray Routh killed Kyle and his friend Chad Littlefield, he stood over their bodies for a moment and thought, "That's terrible, I shot two guys.' " Routh committed the crime while in the grips of a "severe mental defect that...

Yes, it's true. Kane Hodder will be playing himself in a new Horror film where the tables are turned and he (the former Jason Voorhees) and other genre vets are stalked by a killer in a film titled Smothered. Turnabout is fair play don't you think? Who better to direct this mash-up than one of the Dukes Of Hazzard?! No, it's not the guy who played Boss Hog, but John Schneider, the blonde Bo Duke from the show who also starred in the long running…...

On a stifling and sticky August morning in Shreveport, Louisiana, Dread Central arrived on the set of Texas Chainsaw 3D to be greeted by an exact replica of the Sawyer House located in the middle of a dried up and desolate field in an abandoned area of a local Army base that felt appropriately untouched by time.
For someone who can still vividly remember the very first time she watched Tobe Hooper's 1974 original classic at the ripe age of 8 years old, standing in front of the iconic dwelling brought back waves of chilling nostalgia, which is something you don't necessarily experience while visiting the set of a brand-new flick all that often.
As we head up the dusty trail into the house, the inside of the Sawyer home is just as remarkable as the outside- production designer William Elliott painstakingly recreated every minute detail right down to the chicken...

It is a hot August day in Shreveport, Louisiana - not Texas - on the set of Texas Chainsaw 3D. The “set” is a huge barren field on an unused portion of an Army base, and for good reason: in the field is an exact replica of the Sawyer house from Tobe Hooper’s seminal horror film, Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It was something special, to walk that dusty road up to the house that chilled me as a child.
Texas Chainsaw 3D (at the time, they were calling it Leatherface 3D) opens where Hooper’s film ended - hence the replica farmhouse. But it jumps forward to modern day, to follow a young woman named Heather (Alexandra Daddario) who goes to collect an inheritance from a relative she didn’t know she had, and discovers she has a deep family history with the notorious Sawyer clan. We spoke with the...

Kelly Clarkson owns 50 animals. The Because of You hitmaker admits her home has become like a 'rescue ranch' as she is so willing to take in sick and abandoned creatures. She said: 'It's like a rescue ranch now. We have 30 dogs, 14 horses. We still only have three ponies and four minis, but we have goats now, two pigs we rescued called Miss Daisy and Boss Hog, I gave those to my brother.' While Kelly loves getting new animals, she insists there are some creatures she wouldn't take in because they are just too big. She explained: 'There are elephant sanctuaries about...

While Kelly loves getting new animals, she insists there are some creatures she wouldn't take in because they are just too big.
She explained: "There are elephant sanctuaries about one mile from where we are – which in Texas isn't that far because we're all spread out – and people have asked would I ever take in something that big. And I'm like, 'No.' Leave that to the elephant sanctuary. I think there's a tiger sanctuary in Texas too. We would never have tigers.

Donald Trump might want to say "You're Fired!" to Jason Sudeikis after hearing what the "Horrible Bosses" star had to say about the "Apprentice" host's role as a boss in real life. But luckily for the "Saturday Night Live" cast-member, there was nothing but praise for his actual boss.
The topic of real-life bosses came up during the MTV Sneak Peek Week Q&A with Sudeikis, Jason Bateman and director Seth Gordon about "Horrible Bosses," the forthcoming comedy where three friends (Sudekis, Bateman and Charlie Day) conspire to murder their awful employers (Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell and Kevin Spacey) in something of a mix of "9 to 5" and "Strangers on a Train."
Real-life real estate mogul and potential politician Donald Trump was the first famous boss introduced into the conversation. "I don't know if he's a good boss," offered Sudekis. "He seems kind of like the Ronald McDonald of bosses.
