Eric Coco is a versatile actor with a diverse background and a passion for storytelling. Born and raised in Italy as a foster child to Sicilian parents, Eric's upbringing was uniquely shaped by experiences in the UK and the USA. From a young age, he was captivated by the world of entertainment, inspired by iconic films such as The Godfather, Goodfellas, Taxi Driver, and The Bronx Story, as well as legendary American artists like Jack Nicholson, Charlie Chaplin, Frank Sinatra, Marlon Brando, and Robert De Niro.
Eric's journey into the world of acting began early, as he explored various creative outlets including acting, dancing, making short films on home video, and participating in musical charity events through his local church. His passion for the craft led him to London, where he honed his skills in Drama and Shakespeare at the prestigious LAMDA drama school.
Continuing his artistic pursuits, Eric pursued a degree in Music Performance and Music Business at the MI College of Contemporary Music in Los Angeles, California. During this time, he also dedicated himself to studying improvisation at The Groundlings Theatre for two years, further expanding his range as a performer.
Eric's talent and dedication caught the attention of industry professionals, leading to unique opportunities such as being selected by director Ridley Scott and costume designer Janty Yates to model costumes for the lead characters of Alien: Covenant during pre-production. He also had the privilege of working on set with acclaimed director Patty Jenkins, further enriching his experience in the world of film and television.
In a recent role as "Roman" in the TV show comedy/drama "Turning Teddy," streaming on Prime Video, Eric delved into the character with intense preparation, including rigorous workout routines to embody the role of a bodybuilder. Currently based in Los Angeles, California, Eric Coco continues to captivate audiences with his talent, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the art of storytelling.
