- Gregg is an accomplished guitarist and has been highlighted by playing and touring in genres that include country, R&B and Rock. He routinely plays from his acoustic collection of 6-string, 12-string and electric guitars that include PRS and Fender classics.
- Gregg has a daily yoga practice that he began in 1986 when he was mentored by a Sikh community in Colorado. His practice has expanded to incorporate the techniques that he learned from his explorations of the high Tibetan plateau between 1998 and 2008.
