In Tucson, Jeff continued his interest in acting and music, attending acting and music classes and workshops. This would lead to Jeff's background work on the television series "Legend" (1995) starring Richard Dean Anderson and John de Lance, where he worked on five episodes. Jeff also appeared as an extra in "An Unfinished Affair" (1995) with Jennie Garth and Tim Matheson, Vanishing Point (1997) starring Viggo Mortensen, Hijacked Flight 285 (1996) starring Anthony Michael Hall, James Brolin, Earle Hyman, and Tin Cup (1996), Starring Kevin Costner, Rene Russo, and Don Johnson.

As an entrepreneur, Jeff bought and sold 100s of cars and trucks while attending high school and college. He purchased and re-sold his first car at age 15 without a driver's license or his Parent's permission. While in college, Jeff founded a PPO dental plan, recruited about ten local dentists, and enrolled 100s of customers into the dental program. After college, he began buying and selling real estate and bought over 200 homes and rental units. One home includes John Denver's childhood home (JohnDenverHome.com), now a vacation rental. As an inventor, he is a Co-Inventor on 12 U.S. patents in cellular telephone communications (Traxcell.com) and two automotive patents (BimmerFix.com).
