Trivia
Composer and conductor Eric Cook was born 1916 in England, UK. He moved to Asutralia in 1964 and died there in 1985.
After the war he worked as as a conductor and orchestrator for a number of British films and TV shows.
He was an English-born pianist, orchestrator, composer and conductor.
Cook began his career as a concert pianist, playing in top military bands during WW2.
He also composed a number of pieces, most notably his solo for trombone, Bolivar.
