Music by Film Composer and Recording Artist Munk Duane has been licensed to hundreds of TV and film productions, from CBS promos for The 70th Annual Tony Awards, The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, 60 Minutes, Hawaii Five-O and Blue Bloods, to episodes of NCIS, Dateline NBC, Hulu's Pam and Tommy, The Sopranos, NFL on CBS, The Super Bowl XLIV Half-Time Show, CBS Sports NCAA, NCAA March Madness and many more. He composed the original score for "The House Across the Street" (2015) starring Eric Roberts.
Munk Duane is eligible For Your Consideration for Best Pop Solo Performance in the 66th Annual Grammy Awards for his song "Myths". The song appeared as the theme for the title character in the 2023 film "The Getback" starring Theo Rossi and Kim Coates from "Sons of Anarchy" and Dermot Mulroney. Duan'e songs "My Fellow Americans" and "Just a Word" were also featured.
Munk has been busy composing for Extreme Music, the production music arm of Sony Music Publishing. Pieces he composed for the library have been licensed to multiple shows on A&E, Max, NC, TMZ, National Geographic, Apple+ and more.
Munk Duane has appeared in major press including a feature in Billboard Magazine, as well as The Hollywood Reporter and The Boston Globe.
