Manuel Arnao

Born in Ica, Peru, and raised in Pasadena, California since the age of
7, Manuel Pablo Arnao took his first step toward acting at the age of
21 when he moved on his own to Hollywood, CA. He started his career as
an aspiring model working for several designers and photographers and
appearing in catalogs as well as company campaigns. However, he fell in
love with acting after attending an acting class with a friend. After
appearing in Kylie Minogue's "All The Lovers", Enrique Iglesias's "No
Me Digas Que No", MC Rai's "Clandestin" and Katy Perry's "Last Friday
Night," as well as several viral videos including a Betty White PSA on
Funny Or Die, small parts quickly followed on television series,
including "True Blood"(2011), "Homicide Hunter" (2011) and "Hung"
(2011). His ethnically ambiguous look allows his to play many different
ethnicities. Acting lessons soon led to an appearances in the film
"Suika" and "Fast & The Furious 5." After guest-starring in several
episodes of "Breakfast Burrito" (2011), he joined the regular cast as
the nightlife correspondent. Arnao also starred in a couple of pilots
such as The Last Resort (2011) (TV). He also recently starred as an
young teen heartthrob in the indie film "Hack To The Future" (2011),
alongside John Woodard and Mary LeGault.
Arnao graduated St. Francis High School in June 2004 and The University of California, Riverside with a BA in Psychology focusing in Social Developmental and Industrial Studies with a minor in Anthropology. Arnao speaks fluent Spanish. His favorite sports include tennis, volleyball and swimming. He recently added snowboarding after spending weekends on the snowy mountains of Big Bear. He is currently teaching himself to write screenplays and is working on a suspense thriller set in Brazil in the early 1960's (2011). Arnao lives on is own in West Hollywood, CA. He is considering getting a golden retriever and a tattoo. He enjoys watching movies, listening to music, spending time with loved ones, traveling and reading.
