Footage showing a group of inmates at a Peruvian prison partying to live music and drinking alcohol has emerged. Prisoners in the Miguel Castro Castro maximum security prison can be seen in the video mingling with outsiders, including women and children. The rule-breaking party was held on November 10 in celebration of inmate Julio Rubio's birthday, with two cumbia bands providing entertainment as the birthday inmate danced and drank whiskey as well as receiving a cake.
