Far-right YouTuber Steven Crowder has kicked off a public feud with The Daily Wire after the right-wing news outlet approached him with a measly four-year contract offer worth a pitiful 50 million, and some fiduciary obligations on his part.
On Tuesday, Crowder launched the “Stop Big Con” initiative and accused “conservative media giants” of being “no better than Big Tech” and putting profit over the honest defense of conservative values.
In a video posted to his YouTube channel, Crowder described a period of “free agency” following his departure from The Blaze in December.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced Thursday afternoon that she will not seek another term as her party’s top leader in the House of Representatives. Her decision ends the leadership career of the first woman to ever serve as Speaker of the House, paving the way for the first change in House Democratic leadership in two decades.
“Now we must move boldly into the future,” Pelosi said. “I will not seek reelection to Democratic leadership in the next Congress.” She confirmed, however, that she will continue to serve out her...

Kari Lake lost her bid to become Arizona’s governor to Democrat Katie Hobbs, reiterating the national rebuke Republicans received from voters in last Tuesday’s midterms. Despite a poor showing by conservatives in Arizona, Lake, an avowed election denier, is insinuating foul play is responsible for her loss, and Maga pundits are following suit.
“Arizonans know Bs when they see it.” Lake tweeted shortly after major news outlets called the race against her.

Republicans usually tout a “tough on crime” stance, but right-wing commentator Charlie Kirk thinks a man who is set to be charged with attempted homicide should be allowed out on bail.

A baseless conspiracy theory about the assault of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul Pelosi trended on Twitter Monday morning after being boosted all weekend by prominent conservatives and even new Twitter owner Elon Musk.
Hashtags including “PelosiGayLover,” “PelosiSmollett,” “PelosiGate,” and “Listen to the 911” appeared in the trending bar amid the proliferation of false claims about the attack and mockery of Pelosi. Daily Wire founder and conservative podcast host Ben Shapiro took to Twitter on Wednesday to downplay rapper Kanye West’s head-first dive into antisemitism. West had his Twitter and Instagram accounts restricted last week after lobbing various attacks at the Jewish community. On Tuesday, Vice revealed that Fox News had cut a series of antisemitic statements made by West out of a two-part interview aired last week on the network.

Kanye West showed up to Paris Fashion Week last week wearing a “White Lives Matter” shirt, prompting an invitation to sit down for an interview with Tucker Carlson, Fox News’ foremost purveyor of white supremacist talking points.
West told Carlson that his controversial Fashion Week look was inspired by God, and conspiracy theorized about the narrative surrounding the Uvalde school shooting. He didn’t, however, tease any of the antisemitism he would push days later on social media. Well, he did, but Fox News just didn’t air it, according...

There are few things Republicans love more than harkening back to the American Revolution and 1776 — whether it’s in defense of their right to own high-powered assault rifles, to storm the Capitol in a deadly insurrection, or to obliterate the separation of church and state and turn America into a fascist theocracy.
So when Queen Elizabeth II died on Thursday, bringing a symbolic end to a era of British imperialism extending back to when those gun-toting, soon-to-be-American revolutionaries were fighting the Red Coats for freedom 250 years ago, conservatives welcomed the opportunity to turn the page.

The Justice Department on Friday released a redacted version of the affidavit that led to the FBI’s search of Mar-a-Lago earlier this month. Trump’s team had been clamoring for the affidavit’s release, presumably believing it would reveal that the warrant was illegitimate.
This was … not the case.
The filing instead laid out the key particulars of the investigation into the former president, noting that authorities had reason to believe he was hoarding “fruits of crime” and other illegally stored government materials in his South Florida estate. It...

Texas Republican Louie Gohmert has been in the news a lot this week — for instance, on Thursday he fumed because Democrats criticized the Republican party’s refusal to consider gun control, and then lied about the crime rates in blue states relative to red states.
But on Friday he reached a hilarious new height when, during an appearance on right wing media outlet Newsmax, he complained that Republicans aren’t allowed to just commit crimes.
Gohmert was on Newsmax to talk about the arrest of ex-Donald Trump adviser Peter Navarro for contempt of congress. Navarro had refused to comply with a congressional subpoena to testify in front of the Jan. 6 commission and well, refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena is actually a crime.

Former Trump adviser Peter Navarro was indicted Friday on contempt of Congress charges for refusing to comply with a subpoena from the House Jan. 6 committee. Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) wasted no time hustling over to Newsmax to utter an odd complaint, griping that Republicans “can’t even lie to Congress or lie to an FBI agent or they’re coming after you.”
Gohmert claimed Navarro being taken into custody shows that “we have a two-tiered justice system.”
“They’re going to bury you,” Gohmert fretted, similar to his past complaints about the treatment of Jan.

Newsmax host Grant Stinchfield came under fire for calling Israel the “home country” of American Jews on a Wednesday night broadcast.
“I don’t belong to any political party but I am Jewish and newsflash: my home country is the United States. To suggest otherwise is bigotry,” tweeted CNN anchor Jake Tapper.

By Thursday morning, Eric Bolling announced he would be filling in for Stinchfield for the rest of the week on his primetime show — though a rep for Newsmax later explained that Stinchfield was “speaking at an event” that “had been planned for a while” and that is why he would not be on air on Thursday or Friday.

At least six co-founding members of Time’s Up Healthcare have resigned in protest of how the group has responded to accusations in a lawsuit that another co-founder helped cover for a sexual harasser at her hospital in Oregon.
The resignations, which began on Thursday and continued Friday, come five days after the Oregonian reported on a multimillion dollar lawsuit filed against Jason Campbell, a physician who became famous in 2020 as the so-called “TikTok doctor” due to his viral dance videos.
The suit accuses Campbell of sexually abusing a co-worker, including inappropriate touching and sending pornographic images and sexualized texts. The suit also names Oregon Health & Science University, where both of them worked, as a defendant. According to the Oregonian, Ohsu investigated accusations in August 2020 and recommended Campbell receive “appropriate” punishment; it didn’t specify what action the hospital should take. Ohsu says he was dismissed in October and had...

On Tuesday, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell made an appearance on Newsmax’s “American Agenda” to help the network advance disingenuous claims of “cancel culture” inspired by the recent suspension of his Twitter account.
But unfortunately Lindell — a conspiracy theorist who supported the violent insurrection incited by Donald Trump — was unable to refrain from shouting the kinds of lies that got him kicked off the social media site in the first place. And it got to the point that one of the show’s co-hosts just walked off in the middle of the interview after several unsuccessful attempts to save Lindell — and Newsmax — from himself.
Now, Lindell was banned from Twitter in late January for continuing to spread conspiracy theories and lies about the 2020 election, and when he subsequently tried to use the MyPillow account to accuse Twitter of being actively involved in that nonexistent fraud, Twitter suspended that as well.

Giuliani Calls Covid-19 Contact Tracing ‘Ridiculous': ‘We Should Trace Everybody for Cancer’ (Video)
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani appeared on “The Ingraham Angle” on Fox News Thursday night to talk about how New York governor Andrew Cuomo has handled the state’s coronavirus response. But Giuliani ended up repeating a baseless conspiracy theory and then mocked one of most important tools in the fight against pandemics — in terms suggesting he didn’t understand what he was talking about.
Guiliani took himself on a bit of a segue during the segment as he ranted about how nobody should “try to blame Donald Trump for the coronavirus. Blame China.” On the tail end of that miniature screed he claimed that China “sent 1.5 million people out of Wuhan to come and infect us.”
And that’s when host Laura Ingraham chimed in.

President Trump filed the paperwork to run for reelection on January 20th, 2017, the day he was inaugurated. He officially announced his intention to seek a second term just over a year later, earlier than any president in history. The “launch” that took place in Orlando Tuesday night was nothing more than an excuse to raise money, hold another rally and, one would think, lay out a fresh set of issues to campaign around for the next 17 months. This didn’t happen.
