Excess of anything is harmful, be it the caffeine you trust your mornings with or an obsession with something or someone. It never leads to a happy ending. Brittany Underwood’s latest thriller, Devil On My Doorstep, is based around the same. It follows the story of Chloe (Lyndon Smith), a delivery girl who gives in to her desires and becomes obsessed with Natasha (Jenna Dewan). The latter is a famous social media influencer who has just lost someone close to her heart. Unfortunately, what started as friendly banter soon turned into something much worse.

Why Did Chloe Agree To Go On A Date With Theo?
Chloe started a new job as a junior delivery dispatcher at a new company. She took some time off after her only family member, her grandmother, the previous week. Before this, Chloe was a receptionist at a treatment center that helped people...

The story of Zoey Clarke may not be over just yet. There's talk that Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist may be revived for a two-hour movie special.
Originally airing on NBC, Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist stars Jane Levy, Skylar Astin, Alex Newell, John Clarence Stewart, Andrew Leeds, Alice Lee, Michael Thomas Grant, Kapil Talwalkar, and Mary Steenburgen. Zoey Clarke (Levy) is a whip-smart computer coder who's making her way in San Francisco. After an unusual event, Zoey, who always preferred podcasts over pop songs, suddenly starts to hear the innermost wants, thoughts, and desires of the people around her – her family, co-workers, and complete strangers – through popular songs.

“Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist,” after getting axed by NBC, may be getting a second life at Roku.
Roku, which has been bulking up its original programming slate, is in discussions with Lionsgate Television, the producer of the musical dramedy, for a movie special bringing back the original cast including star Jane Levy, Variety confirmed.
Roku and Lionsgate reps declined to comment.
Sources cautioned that while Roku and Lionsgate are in talks, there’s no deal signed. The project under discussion would be a two-hour movie special that would hit the Roku Channel around the 2021 holidays. While other reports have said Roku would have the option to pick up “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist” for a new season, a source familiar with the talks said that’s not on the table and that the movie deal would be a one-off.

“Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist” is nearing a comeback, though it may be a brief one.
The musical comedy, which was canceled earlier this year by NBC after two seasons, is closing in on a deal with Roku for a two-hour movie that would wrap up the show, an individual with knowledge of the talks told TheWrap. The project is being eyed for the holidays.
According to TV Line, which broke the news, if the movie performs well, a potential third season could be in the cards. It is not yet a done deal but is in advanced negotiations. The entire main cast is expected to return, though not all deals are done.
Reps for Roku and Lionsgate, which produces the show with Universal Television, declined to comment. Peacock decided against ordering a third season after it was canceled in May.

The search for a new home for NBC's canceled Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist just hit a major snag.
According to Deadline, the options on the cast expired last week, and here's the kicker:
They were not extended by Lionsgate.
While this would typically spell doom for a canceled series searching for a new home, Lionsgate is still trying to find a way to continue the series.
It's a rare development, but such a move could come down to cast availability because they are now free to pursue other projects.
With these negotiations being so intricate, it's more likely the series will remain dead, but stranger things have happened.
Deadline notes that Lionsgate is exploring continuing the show as a series, a miniseries, and a movie, possibly whichever would allow the fans to get some closure.
Unfortunately, the outlet stresses that neither option is believed to be close to reality, leaving...

The options on the cast of Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, headlined by Jane Levy, expired earlier this week, and they have not been extended, I have learned.
Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist lead studio Lionsgate Television has been looking to find a new home for the show since NBC canceled the series three weeks ago after two seasons and a potential move to NBCUniversal streamer Peacock did not materialize.
I hear conversations are still ongoing, with various options to continue the story of Zoey Clarke explored — series, miniseries or a movie. While none is believed to be close to reality, if any progresses, Lionsgate would need to make new deals with some or all of the Season 2 regular cast, which included Levy, Skylar Astin, Alex Newell, John Clarence Stewart, Andrew Leeds, Alice Lee, Michael Thomas Grant, Kapil Talwalkar and Mary Steenburgen.

A musical comedy-drama series, Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist stars Jane Levy, Skylar Astin, Alex Newell, John Clarence Stewart, Andrew Leeds, Alice Lee, Michael Thomas Grant, Kapil Talwalkar, and Mary Steenburgen. The NBC musical dramedy “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist” has played its last heart song – but not if the show’s cast, crew and loyal fans have anything to say about it.
On Wednesday, it was announced that “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist” would not be returning for a third season but that that NBCUniversal plans to shop it to other outlets. Peacock, NBC’s sister streaming service, has already passed.
However, show creator Austin Winsberg is not going down without a fight. He took to Twitter on Wednesday to not just confirm the sad news but to mobilize “Zoey” fans to help save the show.
“Right now I refuse to believe the show is dead,” Winsberg wrote, “There is too much love and goodwill and the fan base is incredible.”
“I believe we can have a real chance somewhere else,” he continued, “But the more fan support we can throw behind it-the better.

One of the funniest and heartwarming TV shows has sung its last song.
NBC on Wednesday confirmed that Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist has been canceled after two seasons.
The series was initially set to be picked up by Peacock for an additional season as the series has a strong digital footprint, but a deal could not be reached.
Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist recently concluded its second -- and final -- season, but the on-air ratings were not enough for it to continue at NBC.
Deadline notes that Peacock was in line to pick the series up, but ultimately, contract negotiations broke down, and NBC did not want to pick it up.
Still, there's a chance the Jane Levy-fronted series could return. Lionsgate Television, which co-produces the show, is trying to find a home away from NBCUniversal.

Spoiler Alert: Do not read if you have not yet watched “Zoey’s Extraordinary Glitch,” the eighth episode of “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist.”
“Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist” thrust Jane Levy back into the spotlight as a leading lady in a broadcast series, but the eighth episode of that NBC dramedy, entitled “Zoey’s Extraordinary Glitch,” more literally thrust her into a spotlight as the center of six musical numbers.
“It was a huge source of panic for me because I am in practically every scene of the show, and the few scenes I’m not in, it’s either that I’m getting my extensions redone or I’m rehearsing a dance number or doing Adr. I had zero time off for the entire show, so prepping six musical numbers seemed like an impossibility,” Levy tells Variety. “A lot of these people are trained singers and dancers. This is new for me.

To kick off the second episode of “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist,” the eponymous lead played by Jane Levy wakes up in bed with a song in her head. This constant condition, in case anyone has forgotten the events of the pilot (which first aired more than a month ago), serves as the foundation of the series: After an earthquake strikes during a routine Mri, Zoey can hear anyone’s innermost feelings, but these deeply felt emotions are only expressed through elaborate song-and-dance numbers.
So why not start with one? Set to Kiki Dee’s infectious “I’ve Got the Music in Me” and performed with comparable energy by Levy herself, the number builds and builds as she brings in character after character to join her ever-expanding dance troupe.
