History has ordered eight episodes of the Six TV series, from A+E Studios and The Weinstein Company. This military action drama is inspired by recent events. On a mission to eliminate a Taliban leader, Navy Seal Team Six finds a Us citizen working in cooperation with terrorists.
Executive producing are William Broyles, David Broyles, Harvey and Bob Weinstein, Alfredo Barrios, Jr., and George W. Perkins. Bruce C. McKenna is Executive Consultant. McKenna, Barrios, William and David Broyles, and Karen Campbell are set to write. Retired U.S. Navy Seal Mitchell Hall will serve as technical advisor to the series.
