Charlotte Sista C Ferrell is a multi-talented, multi-hyphenated dynamo who draws upon 25 years of international experience as a health educator, registered dietitian, filmmaker, and writer. She passionately uses her creative arts skills to promote healthy lifestyles, support people in recovery and encourage optimum intergenerational health. Her workshops, videos and digital cinema 'pieces' involve people in life visioning, personal revitalization, mindfulness and motivation to take social action. She is frequently invited to bring her energizing poetry performances and movies to churches, community events, supper clubs, and retreats.

She has been recognized as a Faculty of the Year by the College of Humanities and Science at University of Phoenix (SoCal), and awarded Certificates of Recognition as a creative artist by the Mayors of Los Angeles and Redondo Beach, Connected Women of Influence, The California Assembly and Board of Equalization.
