“FBoy Island” is back for a second season on HBO Max, and host Nikki Glaser couldn’t be more ready: “These people are ridiculous. These boys are so funny, and we enjoy bringing out the funny.”
In conversation with Variety ahead of the Season 2 premiere on July 14, Glaser opens up about what fans can expect from the new season, led by single ladies Mia Emani Jones, Louise Barnard and Tamaris Sepulveda.
The gameplay — in which the ladies must choose between self-proclaimed “Nice Guys” and “FBoys,” with 100,000 on the line — is “very much the same,” Glaser teases. “There’s also going to be people from the first season that you definitely will remember.”
Glaser says contestants in the sophomore season jumped into the experience more readily, having the first season as a guide. “The first season, it was kind of a vague description of the show…I think people were a...

Tattoos, a Rolex, a nice car and being “too” active on social media. Those are just some of the signs of a “FBoy,” according to self-proclaimed “FBoy,” Divij Vaswani, who was kicked off “FBoy Island” during its second episode.
“FBoy Island,” streaming now on HBO Max, follows three women – Sarah, Nakia and Cj – as they try to find a true love connection on an island of 24 men, half of whom are “Nice Guys,” while the other half are self-proclaimed “FBoys,” trying to hide who they are to get one of the women to fall for them and, ultimately, win the cash prize of $100,000.
“Every person is an ‘FBoy.’ Every person has that quality,” Vaswani said.
As for how else to spot one, there’s just “so many ways.” You can even tell by the way someone talks, according to Vaswani.
“I mean, if someone says ‘broski,’ or ‘bruh,'” Vaswani laughed.

In a maneuver of delicate dance, the rendezvous of clinical upset has been pushed, unpadded and unrestrained to a divine sedative of cinematic congruence. The motion picture that defied the shrine of mountain X and manipulated its own story to an unbreaking point. The bloody marionettes left the stage like thankless children in harmonious conclusion. Jared Masters’ Magnum Opus.
Frolic Pictures’ prettiest price tag yet, for a photoplay made in the 2010s era. If microwaves were cinemas, then molecules would have been riled up, in Ballet of Blood, the 9th feature film fathered by Hollywood’s unprecedented walking controversy.
The Prince of Horror Erotica has perhaps graduated to a level of surrealism few films capture or cannibalize.
Sydney Raye portrays Nisa, the key character who slayed several sensitive souls, with psychotic and alluring drive. She charged into the performance with several doses of moving mental breakthroughs.
