Alyssa Nicole Wood is an American actress, born on July 30th 1989, in Rochester, New York to Kerry Wood and Tammy Bears Roy.
Raised in Rochester, Alyssa graduated from Greece Arcadia High School in 2007. Having always been on the quiet side, during her senior year of high school, Alyssa decided to audition for the school's production of Clue where she was cast as Yvette. Since then, her love for the stage has landed her theatre roles in New York such as Connie in Love, Sex, and the IRS (2008), and Sister Mary Catherine in Drinking Habits (2010).
Wanting to broaden her career, Alyssa moved to California in 2012, where she continued her theatre endeavors as Jimmy Deanne in Second Samuel (2012), Marty in Grease (2013), and Candela in Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown (2014).
In May of 2015, Alyssa began to explore film, as a Public Relations Representative and extra for the upcoming Horror Short,
Shadow Theory
(2015).
