Kavish Sinha worked as a Brand Manager and Strategist on top most global brands across various advertising agencies in the country, before his foray into the casting world.
He now runs his own casting company under the name "On-My-Kayroll" in Mumbai and shares his passion for casting with his team of assistants. He has cast feature films for Madras Talkies, Jio Studios, Emmay Entertainment, Zee Studios, Stage 5, Anurag Basu Productions, Outsider Films and more. He is also responsible for casting some of the finest web series for Prime Video India, Netflix, Disney+Hotstar, Sony Liv, Eros Now, Voot, Zee5 and Jio Cinema. Kavish is the vision behind the cast of several web series like the critically acclaimed 'Rocket Boys', 'Mumbai Diaries', 'Undekhi' and 'Rudra' to name a few. He has also cast around 200 TVCs along the way, and international projects like Good Karma Hospital for UK, Jack Irish for Australia and Slave Market for Middle East.
Kavish believes that a Casting Director has to be equally involved in the film making process, at par with an actor and the director. He loves his job and understands how important it is to put the right faces to breathe life into the script and match his director's vision.
