An entire township of Pennsylvania, Boggs Township was named in honor of one of the first founding settlers of the area, after the family surname, Boggs, (following the family's pre-emigration surname change). The latter family surname was adapted to avoid being located by the British and blend in while seeking refuge in Donegal and Londonderry, Northern Ireland after fleeing demoralizing religious oppression from their original place-name of Livingston, before finally emigrating to the United States. Her grandfather, his siblings and the majority of his extended paternal Ulster familial ancestral line, retaining elements of their post-diaspora Scottish identity generationally, through their forenames. - She is the daughter of international smooth jazz artist, composer, virtuoso pianist and music producer Alan J. Blake & jazz vocal songstress, pianist, and multi-instrumentalist Clarlitti "Lita" Blake-among other notable artists, stage performers, writers, composers and musicians within her family. She practices Ivriyt-Hebrew (Proto Paleo-Hebraic sacred Mikra-Tanakh, Kitvei Hakodesh & B'rit Chadashah based, i.e., Old Hebrew transliterated scripture-based) Messianic Judaism, deriving strong influences from her sense of faith into elements of her musical compositions. She considers her faith to be her freedom, her way of life and an intimate relationship, not a religion.

- She is an alumni of the esteemed Harriton High School of Rosemont, informally known as the "Country Club high school", located in Pennsylvania's prestigious Lower Merion Township-the high-achieving, broadly-funded school district, and closely connected to its rival Lower Merion High School, alma mater of the late Kobe Bryant. Her alma mater is also the alma mater of many other notable alumni, such as the creator of Friends (1994-2004) and many others.

Childish Gambino. - Míkhaiah's late grandfather was WWII veteran, Philadelphia-based playwright, literary writer, columnist, author and professional boxer, John Blake, Sr., a.k.a. "Kid Chocolate Buster", whose particularly progressive sci-fi play, "Man God", was notably featured via radio broadcast; his print journalism columns and works were also featured in the best selling American consumer magazine over many years, Reader's Digest as well as other Philadelphia news publications.
