Actor Tiffani Thiessen has put an entirely new spin on what it means to throw an epic happy hour at home. Thiessen and her family have embraced cold plunges and the health benefits associated with ice baths. But she also set the mood by creating a magical space in nature.
“I actually had my happy hour in the ice bath on Sunday,” the Saved by the Bell star told Showbiz Cheat Sheet. “I think it’s a great thing to add. It’s not going to cure everything. It’s something to add to the other things that you’re doing. I go to the gym, I work out, I hike, and love to garden. All those things are good for the soul, good for your body, and good for your mind.”

A year after releasing her New York Times bestselling 2015 novel, "Luckiest Girl Alive," author Jessica Knoll was ready to share a different yet tragically similar story: her own. In "Luckiest Girl Alive," protagonist Ani has orchestrated a new life for herself as a glamorous magazine editor. Her shiny facade hides a challenging past, though: Ani - formerly known as TiffAni - had survived a vicious rape in high school and, later, a school shooting orchestrated by a friend. A powerful 2016 Lenny essay revealed that Ani's journey wasn't so dissimilar to her creator's. Knoll, too, had been the victim of a gang rape as a teen. She detailed the traumatic assault - and heart-wrenching and disappointing response from those positioned to help - in her Lenny piece.

Saved by the Bell star Tiffani Thiessen quickly found her swimwear photo going viral last week.
The 48-year-old TV star updated her account with a figure showoff while in a dark bathing suit as she enjoyed the beach, but it was the caption doing it or fans as she admitted that she had been “caught” looking for a place to relieve herself.
Enjoying the California sunshine, Tiffani was photographed amid muddy-like golden sands as she posed by natural rocks towering above her head.
Showing off her trim waistline and toned legs, Tiffani posed confidently with one hand placed on her hip, this as she showed off a classic black bathing suit with a slightly low neckline.
Smiling in shades and wearing her brown locks down, Tiffani held a straw hat – she didn’t indicate that she needed to pee in her photo,...

Award-winning actress and mother Tiffani Thiessen, best known for her role on the hit television series Saved by the Bell, is partnering with the National Meningitis Association (Nma) to launch a new public health initiative, It’s About Time: Help Stop the Clock on Meningitis, aimed at educating parents about the importance of potentially life-saving vaccination to help protect their pre-teens and teens against meningococcal meningitis.
Together, campaign partners are calling on parents to include the topic of immunization, including the importance of the MenACWY vaccination, in timely talks with their child, and to speak with their child’s healthcare professional to help protect their children’s futures.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends a first dose of the MenACWY vaccine at 11-12 years old and a second dose at 16 years old. Yet, nearly 1 in 10 U.S. pre-teens do not receive their first dose of the MenACWY vaccination and approximately 50 of U.

There are a lot of interesting developments during this Tuesday’s episode of White Collar (USA Network, 9/8c), and Hilarie Burton is here to tell us about a few of them – provided she can stop raving about her castmates. “They’re such a generous group of people, and that’s something that should be put out there,” she shares. “They’re just genuine, and when it’s real like that you want to scream it from the rooftops and make sure everybody knows.”
Burton indeed has much to cheer about , more than two years after bidding the role of One Tree Hill‘s Peyton adieu.
