- Stage 12 of the 2017 Tour de France sees riders travel 214km from Pau to Peyragudes.
- Ben realizes that Ramona Hendon is dead. Frank tracks Marina to the Beacon where he realizes she was going to spend a romantic evening with Ben. Before Olivia can warn Marina, Frank shows up just in time to see Ben existing Ramona's room. Marina finds Mrs. Hendon's dead body! Frank places Ben under arrest for murder. Cassie and Jeffrey try to reach an understanding and Cassie apologizes to him, seeing Jeffrey and Cassie talking to one another, Edmund becomes jealous. Bill has doubts about Danny's claims of leaving the mob behind him, but puts his doubts aside as he and Michelle race to the police station to stand by their friend. Shayne and Josh meet Mr. Devries, a promising baseball scout, who thinks he could help Shayne move into professional baseball. Shayne momentarily forgets about his own future while comforting a hurting Marina.
- A lab technician informs Phillip that Olivia's baby is actually Alan's. What Phillip doesn't know is that the lab technician has been working secretly with Alexandra. Alex tells Phillip that it is really best if Olivia's baby is Alan's child. Phillip is upset and tells Alex to stay out of his affairs. Eden claims to have left her mob ties behind when she moved to Sprinfield. Her explanation is fine for Marah and Tony but Danny is not convinced and tells Tony to stop acting as Eden's bodyguard. Harley is having a difficult time not being on the police force. Seeing this, Eden comes to Harley with a proposition. Alan brings Gus some information he has gathered about the Hendon murder, much to the bewilderment of the police department. Publicly, Gus tells the entire station that Alan is his biological father.
- Harley and Mallet devise a plan to keep her from being transferred to Hell House. Lena overhears their conversation but Harley sees her and tries to get Lena to see reason and keep what she heard a secret. Even though she feels horrible about doing it, Lena phones Alan and tells him Mallet's plan. Gus returns to the boiler room where he had Alan locked up and finds the room empty. As he hears someone coming his way, Gus hides in the room and catches Olivia outside of the door! Olivia was the one keeping them captive. She downplays the whole ordeal. Bill arrives and defends Olivia's honor. After Gus tells Bill about Harley's recollection of smelling Jasmine perfume the night Phillip was shot, Bill wonders if his wife actually killed Phillip. When they go to question her, Olivia is gone. Reva makes a new friend in a man named Nate and he takes her to the bar he owns called "Outskirts". Tammy and Jonathan spend time together and Tammy realizes that Jon suffers from mild dyslexia. Sandy arrives and, after a kiss, wonders if Tammy really loves him.
- Ed invites friends and family to share memories of his mother Bert after news of her death spreads around Springfield.

Vanessa and Carmen have a very public confrontation at Company regarding Bill's future. After Vanessa tells Carmen how evil she is, Carmen leaves and before Vanessa can fully enjoy her momentary victory, she collapses. Rick calls Cedars and tells them to ready a room for Vanessa. Pilar confesses to Ray that she attempted to kill Ben and now regrets her actions and he hears her confession and tries to offer her some guidance. Everyone gathers at the courthouse for Max's adoption hearing. Drew tells the judge that Ben Warren is her father, which the judge takes issue with! To make matters worse, Michelle is forced to testify under oath that Danny was drugged by Ben and that she does not think Ben would be a good role model in Max's life. Drew turns on Michelle, telling her she betrayed their friendship. Jesse tells Drew it may come down to her having to choose between Max or her father. Josh and Cassie try to determine how they can get through to Reva. After Josh leaves, Reva arrives and the two sisters talk about Richard. Reva informs Cassie that she definitely understands how Cassie could fall in love with a man like Richard. Josh overhears Reva's comments to Cassie and is angered. Josh informs Reva that until he can be 100% sure she wants him and not Richard, he's leaving her!

- Alan-Michael prepares himself for being named Spaulding Enterprises CEO. A role his disguises from Marina but readily admits to Alexandra. Later, Alan-Michael, Beth, Alex, and Lizzie attend the reading of Alan's will. The ladies are left with very little, but Alan only gives Alan-Michael a dime! After that slap in the face, Alan-Michael is determined to take over Spaulding. At the Spaulding press conference Harley shocks everyone in attendance when she promotes Dinah as interim head of Spaulding during her leave-of-absence!
- Roger Thorpe is stalking Holly, Ed and Chrissy at the Cedars Charity Bazaar. Jackie leaves Springfield, temporarily. Dr. Renee DuBois comes forward, in Paris, to identify to Inspector Albert Montand that she knew the fugitive Roger, because she was his plastic surgeon!
- Charity Henson takes over the role of Stephanie Curtis, the sexy, up-and-coming television producer who sets her sights on Reva's man. Josh gives Reva a dose of her own medicine.

- Thanksgiving day in Springfield finds both some turmoil, and some reasons to be thankful. At Ed and Maureen's, a pregnant Nola is hiding out, from Quint, after learning that Quint paid Vanessa to be nice to her. Quint begs her to come home and to Henry and Vanessa's for dinner, and Nola agrees but only after having a memorable fight with Mo's muffins. Nola brings to Vanessa's Thanksgiving a group from a retirement home, making Vanessa none to happy. Lesley Anne isolates herself, in her apartment, after she was dumped by Warren. Lesley Anne tries to commit suicide, after calling home to her parents and finding out they are having a huge celebration. Floyd and Katie find Lesley Anne nearly dead from the sleeping pill overdose. Warren isn't too thrilled to see the party that Kelly and Claire have planned for the patients at Cedars. Hillary, Mike, Bea, Annabelle and Tony spend the day with Ed and Mo. Phillip is pining away for Beth, and somehow is able to refrain from calling her, as she had asked him to. Mindy brings a basket of dinner for Phillip down to the horse stables. Meanwhile, at the Raines household, Bradley is a tyrant towards both Beth and Lillian. Beth refuses to say the grace that Bradley is forcing her to say, and threatens her with a knife and also hauls off and hits her across the face.
- Jonathan and Lizzie end up in bed together after a night of hard drinking.
- Dinah, Alex, and Gus are shocked when Harley names her Spaulding Enterprises successor - Alan-Michael. But only if he signs an agreement to, basically be...nice. Alan-Michael agrees. Alan offers his son a hand, but Alan-Michael retorts that he works alone. Later, Harley tells Gus she wants to come back on the force - as Gus's partner! Reva tries to tell Josh about her cancer, but he snaps that he's got more important things to worry about now - Tammy is in the hospital. Reva loses her nerve, but later tells Billy she needs to get home. He convinces her to get healthy first, and Reva counters by making Billy promise not to call her family for a transplant, no matter what. Billy calls Jonathan anyway. Meanwhile, Jonathan is blasting Alan, blaming him for Tammy's injury. Alan points out to Lizzie how little Jonathan cares about her or the baby. Tammy regains consciousness and, to keep peace between Jonathan and Lizzie, urges them to continue living together until Tammy is back on her feet. They agree, then reenact "The Odd Couple." RJ comes to visit Tammy and, afraid that the bad guys who hurt her will come after him next, asks Cassie if Uncle Josh can come home with them. Josh and Cassie reluctantly agree.
- Lizzie can not keep her jealous tendencies at bay; Reva can not sign her divorce papers; Rick prepares to come clean to Mel about his affair with Beth.
- This "Inside the Light" Wednesday episode focused on the fake marriage between Jonathan and Lizzie in order to keep Alan from taking Lizzie's baby as his own. Tammy, although in on Jonathan and Lizzie's plan, watched on in pain while the wedding took place and acted as Lizzie's maid-of-honor. After the wedding, Jonathan planned on meeting up with Tammy, however Alan made plans to keep Jonathan in the hotel room! Alan is determined to expose the marriage as a farce.
- While standing on the observation deck of the lighthouse, Reva passes out and dreams of an alternate Springfield where the rich are now poor and the poor and now rich. After exploring this mirror version of Springfield, Reva awakens to find Josh standing over her inquiring whether or not she is alright. This was Guiding Light's 15,000th episode.
- Dinah almost drops a potted plant on Cassie's head. Jeffrey tricks Ross into revealing where Dinah is hiding. Olivia and Bill began a relationship. Phillip plots to take over all of Springfield, Company included. Shayne announces that he is moving to Bosnia and asks Marina to come with him!
- Jonathan tries to meet up with Tammy. Josh feels rejected by both Reva and Cassie and ends up in a drunken brawl. Jonathan has it out with Beth about his and Lizzie's marriage.
- Mallet and Dinah both forgot to cancel their wedding and are forced to through a party or pay the bill at Towers. Everyone shows up and after having some intense moments, Vanessa plays a video of the couple during happier times. This rekindles their feelings for one another. They decide to go ahead with the marriage and as Dinah is about to walk down the isle, Jeffery stops her and tell's her to retrieve a file from the Spaulding offices that contains demanding information on him. Dinah at first refuses, but ends up walking out on her own wedding.
