- Four U.S. Special Forces and a translator are supposedly killed in an ambush; this delays a procurement deal in Washington, and it is up to operative Nathan Miller to make sure everything goes according to plan.

- Anna and her brother struggle to protect her daughters in France. Alexander Said, who led the team in Tehran, arrives in London to see White, but The Section head is in no mood for forgiveness. Max and Leyla stumble upon some information that could help them.
- Max is reunited with his family, but danger is not far behind. He travels to London.
- Max faces a new threat, Leyla reveals another piece of the puzzle, while White and Jones play dirty.
- Harry and Leyla learn from Aïcha that weapons smuggling has been the goal all along; the trio must throw themselves on the mercy of a high-level Malian minister who is supposedly fighting corruption.
- True to her word, Aminata Sissoko reunites Aïcha with her family, but as she does, Harry and Leyla are faced with a crisis; Harry turns to Miller and makes a deal to ensure their safety.

In the search for the trio, Jones reveals the Collins tape to Miller, who is furious. He returns to Washington where he goes above Kingsley's head to Hal Weaver, the man behind the deep state, to work out how to nullify it.
- With Aïcha being dragged to a scaffold, Harry must plead his case and convince Al Moctar to hold off.
- Al Moctar's base is attacked. Amanda Jones is feeling vulnerable. Senator Sulivan continues her investigation. Leyla, Aisha and Harry investigate where the arms are coming from. Miller makes some hard choices.
- Sulivan continues her investigation even though suffering great loss. Leyla, Aisha and Aminata investigate the arms link. Harry tries to protect Leyla. Amanda executes her survival plan. Miller faces the consequences of being in too deep.
