- Five short comic sketches, all unrelated to each other, except that they are all expressions of Italian sexual humor. In one sketch, Marty Feldman plays a bodyguard, hired by her father to watch a young woman; he watches her a little too closely. In another, while Barbara Bouchet's husband is out of town on business, a stranger offers her twenty million lire in return for sex. Three times he offers, three times she protests and then consents, only to find out in the end that both the man and his sixty million lire are -- oh, but that would spoil the ending. :-)

- Certain stories are damn true and love is damn unstable: suddenly it brings you up and then it throws you down at the same speed, slamming you around, makes you want to scream, shaking your stomach... However, you want to try again. Like those tangles of iron, bolts and rails that we call roller coasters, for which we go along sometimes mileage queues. The parallelism between schizophrenia of love and iconic attractions from amusement parks is quite obvious: Rollercoaster Love is about that and the seemingly endless queue crossed by David, yet tried by his "last ride", before returning up on a roller coaster ride.
- In Chiara's world nothing is as it seems. From a masked party, she is chased in a mall, caught in a battlefield. Is she a thief, an aristocrat or a soldier? And is the man she sees everywhere trying to protect her or hurt her? The only link to her journey into these worlds is always a stranger, trying to give her a message, a message that can only by understood by someone ready to see its meaning.
- A man alone, abandoned by life, suspended between the present, the past and the future. A man who has sacrificed his family at the altar of ambition. A man who can at last recognize his mistakes and who is determined to win back everything that is dear to him. Mercurio is a journey back in time and through memories, a journey searching for the essence of life itself through worlds and undefined realities where fashions, settings and characters melt together in a puzzle of eras and styles that runs throughout the 19th Century.
