"Girls looked like tents . . . "
oscaralbert31 January 2017
Warning: Spoilers
. . . go the lyrics of the title song for THOSE WERE WONDERFUL DAYS. Warner Bros. turns over this "Merrie Melodie" to its crack team of prognosticators known as its Animated Shorts Seers division (aka, the Looney Tuners), psychic experts at warning America of her upcoming Calamities, Catastrophes, Cataclysms, and Apocalypti. The days really in question are NOT the 1890s, of course, but actually the 2010s. The "girls" of the 2010s will NOT "look like tents" because of their swimwear, but because of the elimination of ObamaCare, Planned Parenthood, Title IX and Medicaid, steps carefully crafted to promote rape by the self-confessed Serial Finger Rapist-in-Chief, as well as the consequent unwanted babies. SOMEONE will have to pay for the coming tsunami of Umpteen Million unwanted tykes, since 14-year-old incest victims will not be able to. Each time a mosquito bites a woman between 12 and 62 in a Warm Red State, she's bound to become pregnant with all the rapists running around (and living in the White House), and the Government Accounting Office estimates that EVERY resulting Zika tot will cost We the Taxpayers $2 million during its Hellish Brief-But-Super-Expensive Court-Mandated Life of Microencephaletic Torture. Naturally, with so much mayhem clogging our homes, schools, and hospitals, No One Will Care or Even Notice if Rex "Exxon Valdez" Tillerson sells out America to his buddy Vlad "Mad Dog" Putin, or if the Mad Fracker of Oklahoma cracks every basement and driveway in our other 49 states with his Mother Nature-raping injection wells, or if Secretary of the Combined Education and Interior Department Betsy DeVos bans the teaching of science and civics from her chain of for-profit charter learning shacks while "Privatizing" Our National Parks so that it costs as much to see the Grand Canyon, Smoky Mountains, or Old Faithful as it does to enter Disneyland, or if closet KKK Imperial Wizard Jeff Sessions begins decorating any trees left by Rich People Party Loggers running amok with the Strange Fruit of the 1800s and 1900s. No one will ever sing THESE were "wonderful days." But you cannot say you were not warned by Warner Bros.!
