If listened to in full, the squeaking noise in Pete's car plays to the tune of "The Yankee Doodle Boy" (also known as "Yankee Doodle" or "Yankee Doodle Dandy").
"Mickey's Service Station" from 1935 appears as a projector screen transition level in the 2012 video game "Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two".
