In Chapters: 11 & 12, the size of Fremont's Troops vary from shot to shot, with white horses to none, with the exception of "The Eagle's white horse".
End of chapter three it urges you to watch chapter four "The Unholy Three." But, when the chapter four is seen the title reads "Unholy Gold."
In Chapter: 8, the eagle feather that The Eagle sticks into the map, comes and goes during the battle.
Cossacks never used bugle calls even though they are shown using them in the movie. Besides why would they use U.S. bugle calls.
In Chapter: 12, they show a 23 star U.S. flag being raised. This flag must be a movie prop because it never existed in real life. The story takes place in 1844. The flag at that time would have had 26 stars.
In Chapter: 11, during the gun fight in the mine one of the henchmen is shot dead, seconds later he is shown still in the fight. He is then, again shot dead.
At the beginning of Chapter: 7, the Eagle splits his pants when he jumps out of the runaway wagon.
