- The main character (Pretty Boy) is seen in a bathtub. He is visible from the upper chest up. Sitting on the edge of the tub is a woman (Betty), lightly clothed. He pulls her into the water and they begin to kiss. Sex is implied.
- Some hugging and kissing. A wedding at the beginning.
- Part of the film takes place in a brothel. Prostitutes are seen coming and going with different men. No sex or nudity.
- Pretty Boy and Betty seen lying in bed beside each other. He is shirtless, her bare backside is seen.
- Pretty Boy and Betty make out on a bed, she's in a slip, he's shirtless, he rolls over on her, the scene ends, but implied they have sex.
- A bride on her wedding day indicates that she is pregnant. Several mild innuendos.

- A man fights a rival at his wedding reception. After a scuffle, he shoves the man's head into a big bowl of coleslaw and then dumps a bowl of punch on top of him.
- A man shoots Floyd's father on the porch of the family house.
- Floyd goes for revenge against the man who killed his daddy. Floyd kills him with a barn tool. Blood is seen on the dead man's head.
- Several bank robberies include shooting cops, sheriffs and other law enforcement officers.
- A man is killed and his wife shot by police when a motel is raided.
- An older sheriff is gunned down during the robbery of a small town bank.
- The man called "Preacher" is shot by a sheriff. Floyd guns down the sheriff with a machine gun.
- One of the owners of a brothel where Floyd is hanging out finds out he has slept with his girl and tries to kill him. Floyd is able to knock him in the head until he is dead. Some blood is seen.
- A person slapped.
- A car explodes.

- Floyd is killed by gunshots after his car goes into a lake. He wades out in the water, shooting his machine gun at the officers. Finally a shot mortally wounds Floyd, who dies by the shore. Some blood is seen.
