Lubomír Lipský (George Camel) recalled that for the scene when they are in bed with Stella Zázvorková (Peggy) after a binge, they "improved" themselves with a bottle of Becher liquor to be more authentic. However, the director Oldrich Lipský was of a different opinion and had them sober up and redo the scene.
