- A man and woman make love but no nudity is seen. In the following scene, however, we see the woman completely nude rise from the bed, exposing a breast and her backside. In the following scenes her bare chest can be seen but in shadows.

- The movie takes place in an empty city which is populated mainly by roving gangs of a murderous cult that only comes out at night and have an albino-like white skin, eyes and hair appearance while wearing hoods/cloaks.

Violence & Gore
- A man is killed with a spear and falls into a fountain that proceeds to fill with his blood.
- Many characters are shot with machine guns, pistol, and sniper-rifle fire; several are set on fire and some run into by a car, one is run through with a spear with bloody results. A teenage boy is killed (offscreen, but the body is shown). Several instances dead people (with dead open eyes) and of shriveled, long dead corpses/skeletons. A man with lots of cuts and other bloody wounds seen on a crash survivor. People are seen with hole like plaque wounds on their faces. Blood is featured in some of the shooting scenes but it seems fake (too brightly coloured) at times.
- At the end a person is speared, and clearly seen as bleeding to death.
- There is a closeup where you see the spear being pulled out of the wound, lots of blood and part of a hole shown.
